I'm going to start this with the base game and the first DLC were good. This is just a reskinned map and feels like a cash grab. For a game made by Coffee Stain I'm quite disappointed that its a cash grab. Do better we know you can. I did play the DLC its just I've turned it off so I'm thinking that the time was broken i was at like 0.4 or sth

Just don't, If you can get mutilverse get mutilverse of nonsense instead its just so much better.
Its kinda like waste of space but just sand planet and not space themed, it has some fun items and playing around is fun for a while but gets kinda old, its just all sand in the other dlc you have 3 huge biomes that are very different.
I will awayls think this dlc is worse. I dont want to say thumbs down, i feel bad thumbs downing part of one of my favoutire games but i just cant tell someone that this is fun.
A big part is i feel like i didn't even have to try to finish the dlc it was just so easy, compared to Mutiliverse where there was these cool world levels (the DRG world was very fun).
That you had to beat to get to the ending in Baadlands its just to easy, all of it is, i could have beaten it without even knowing i was progessing towards the end.
I will say here that i would rather do a in between review for this game becuase i cant do a in the middle review.

This isn't exactly a bad expansion, but considering this DLC made me have to Google how to beat specific mechanisms and understand certain puzzles, it just shows how out of place this can feel for your average Goat Simulator player.
Probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had a real story instead of just an open-world tycoon (?).

Goat Simulator 3: Badlands, is built all around the concept of riding around on a bike. Which is odd, because driving vehicles is nothing new and has been in the game the whole time. In the end, it makes the new map seem extremely empty with 80% of the map just being open dessert that you meant to ride through. I liked Multiverse of Nonsense, because it felt jam packed full of easter eggs and references, where Badlands even the 4 or 5 areas where you meant to explore and have fun were pretty lacking

I have no idea why so many people are saying this DLC is mid or bad, its up there with both multiverse of nonsense and the base game. I will say tho, I would pay BIG money if the next DLC just remasters all the original goat sim 1 content into goat sim 3. PLZ COFFEE STAIN
