The DLC adds one nice thing: You'll have guns as soon as you start the game, so you'll be able to shoot the moment you find some ammo. Only the Colt is useable early on, and feels no different than the original .45. The other 2 guns still lack the ammo, and you won't find that until much later in the game. The full-auto fire does come in handy when you do find some bullets, though. For what you get, and for what little it adds to gameplay, I'd say get it for about 25 cents on sale. Otherwise, you aren't missing much.
