Surprisingly fun. It really gives you the feel of hacking things. To the casual observer you really are. Anyway i really enjoyed it, only thing it was missing was getting paid, and getting paid in bitcoin. Many of the commands were real (though simplified). The game loop didn't seem repetitive and like you were climbing a ladder to nowhere (like Darknet). However, would recommend do get that hacker fix, even as a Linux command primer. Kind of makes me want to install Kali.

A hidden gem in my opinion. This game gives you the feeling of being an illegal hacker, without overwhelming you on how to hacking works in the real world. Well written story with multiple paths without you knowing it. The game is also very modable due to the it being structured with XML-style files. Had a blast! Highly reccomend!
The only "downside" to this game is, after you come back from not playing for 1 month, it is hard to remember where you were and what you needed to do. The UI regarding your nodes - although cool - does not really help this situation.

Just finished my first run. It's an awesome game with a nice little story, and realistic enough to mimic the conditions hackers work under! Also the DLC Labyrinths is a bit small in gameplay hours, but still worth it imo.

It's fun and creative, albeit short. Wait for a sale, pull up a stream on the side, and type away. Great soundtrack, good writing.

when i first bought this game i fully expected it to be a game that i play for a few hours, dont like and then refund, but i ended up staying up all night playing it and its one of the best games ive played in months, worth the money and so is the dlc, even when youve beaten both of them you can go to the steam workshop and download extensions, personally i really enjoyed hellsec 1 and 2 and b.r.a.p. overall the game is worth every cent

This is a game worth every cent. I absolutely loved the story, mechanics, systems, and oh my gosh I love the OST. The story was really good, beating my expectations for such an underrated game. I loved the DLC characters and their plot, too! I enjoyed this game so much I literally made YT tutorials for the whole thing. Overall, 10/10 game.
