When you are on Steam and looking for games to play, this should be on your Radar. This game is a must-play to learn the ins and outs of life and how the world really works. Just remember, always keep your hooves shiny and never, EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER, let them see you cry.

I will never be the same. This game changed me, it changed my life, "An absolute masterpiece" would be a severe understatement. 11/10 | Would pay 60 bucks for a cup of coffee again.

ironically and unironically this game is pretty fun. my first interaction with this franchise is when i was in about primary school? it was a free iPad game and younger me was an absolute app hoarder. i downloaded it and realised pretty quick it was extremely difficult and a full on life management game. i was very bad at it looking back, but i did have a lot of fun playing it. as a young adult i got curious and started looking for old app store titles i remembered from when i was younger, and i found this. so obviously i downloaded it and spent a good 20 hours playing it and getting used to the mechanics. and i can safely say i both ironically and unironically recommend this game. its full of content, there are plenty of things to do, foraging, playing mini-games, taking up education and working your way up the financial ladder to get better jobs, decorating your land and building expansive farms to get extra cash. its genuinely an engaging game. and its not easy, it doesn't really feel like kids were its target demographic? managing your health and happiness takes some getting used too. the progression of buying a shower and making a better stable to sleep in with your hard earned money feels good. the one setback this game has is its bugs, the game has strobe lighted me several times. so unless you have a screen protector on your computer to stop flashing images popping up id consider not making this purchase. but that's the biggest bug I've found. that and the fact you cannot get promotions working as an actor for some reason? which is one of the highest paying jobs in the game so its annoying thinking i spent all of that money and time going to university for nothing. the developer appears to have abandoned it. not a single update in ages, which is concerning because this game still has some pretty bad issues (the strobe lighting seems to be pretty common at night.) hopefully one day there may be another installation in this franchise? and dev, if you're reading this, keep up with the difficulty. do not dumb down your games.

This is a 5$ game, and I feel you get your money's worth. If you read the guide by Kaz before you start, including the comments, you're bound to succeed. If you find yourself diseased, starving, and too exhausted to do any job, gather mushrooms in the forest to get your net worth back up. Those mushrooms are free and keep respawning. You can mushroom your way out of poverty. The graphics look 20 years old and are buggy, but hey! You get to be a pastel pony. Deep down, isn't that what you came to this game for?

This is a meaningful commentary on the Nazi occupation of Poland. You start the game as an inexperieced, dumb polish horse. You are forced to balance your physical needs of hygeine, sleep, and hunger with the instinctive human drive to progress in life, be it in the growth of family or career path, in the midst of the oppresive uncaring populace of Nazi occupied Poland. The work explores the relationship between the body and unwanted gifts. What starts out as visage of whimsy and garish horse hijinks soon becomes finessed into a carnival of futility, leaving only a sense of dread and the dawn of a new understanding, the player is left with an epitaph for the edges of our human condition. We work, we eat, we sleep, bound by our economy and driven only by our dreams of progress. What starts out as hope soon becomes corrupted into a cacophony of distress, leaving only a sense of what could have been and the possibility of a new reality. This experience of beauty stresses the theoretical limits of the mind. 10/10, better than Fallout.

Bought this game just to see if it was bad as everyone says it was I paid $200 for a slab of "Ship", pretty much every location has texture errors that make them flash repeatedly, the animations are stock and stiff as hell, if your playing in windowed mode, if you go to the park the UI becomes extremely buggy and uncenterd. This is pretty much just a dumbed down version of The Sims and Harvest Moon with Ponies thrown into the mix. I mean, I was not expecting much from a IOS port, but I mean come on, how the hell did this get passed steam greenlight?

Big thank you to my darling daughter who I unwisely made an agreement with over this game. After finding it in the survival section of the store she insisted on buying it for me on the understanding that I would clock up an ungodly number of hours on it and no being asleep in from of my computer allowed. Laughingly I agreed - I mean I like cute junky kiddie games, how bad could it be...? *sigh* I got so bored I actually wrote a guide for it. >.< Okay so you have a pony and it walks around in a vaguely cute environment. Unfortunately everything that comes after that feels like someone sketched a vague idea for it out and then forgot to actually implement it. Instead you end up with a weird game which is "watch the loading bars." Want your pony to work an 8 hour shift? Watch a loading bar for 30 seconds! Want your pony to enjoy a film? Watch that loading bar go! Feel like taking your pony to university and training in a new career? You guessed it! Loading bar! There actually is no content beyond loading bars to basically everything you do, not even tiny animations. I really cannot stress how devoid of content this game is. Even when you have an entire section of items called "Toys" barring two of them (which are also reused as the only two animation in the social interactions with other ponies) all that happens when you play with them is that the icon that represents them appears in a though bubble above your pony for a few seconds. For a while I thought maybe the horrendous lack of content was because frankly little girls play this and all they want to do is decorate their home area, but in order to do that in any meaningful way you need money and lots of it and that means ... mmm loading bar based gameplay! There are five minigames. They are probably the least child friendly and most unforgiving and at the same time unutterably dull mini games I have played in a very long time. With low time limits, no rewards whatsoever for a partial complete and ridiculously unforgiving collision detection on the one that requires dodging (getting hit sets your score back to 0 and makes you restart the level) I know plenty of adults that would struggle with these. Aiming them at small children just seems cruel. Finally of course the game tops this all off with graphics glitches, instability and one area (The Park) where as far as I can work out the UI is displaced half way across the screen for everyone that runs it, rendering large portions of it inaccessible and causing problems for other gameplay elements that attempt to fit around it. If you're totally desperate to play with ponies, not only are there better games out there but if you must have this one it's currently free in the Google Play store for you to have on your phone (where at least the UI works). Oh and an honourable mention goes to the idea of having pony children. Searching across all the versions of this game has not allowed me to find out how to do this. It has, however, allowed me to find myriads of other people nearly all of whom are asking how to do it as well (It is actually a requirement for one scenario). I suspect it is a feature they forgot to add along with the rest of the gameplay.

I rarely ever play singleplayer games, but when I do... It needs to be perfect. And this game did it for me, I havent had this much fun since Fallout 3 and Skyrim combined. 10/10 IGN

After avidly playing this game for a thousand hours, I can easily say this game has a better storyline than any other game I have ever played. The game is filled with shocking twists and emotion-ripping moments that far exceed the quality of games like Skyrim or Fallout: New Vegas. For a meer five dollars you can get your hands on honestly the best single player game in existence. There are no limits to how you can create your horse's story in this masterpiece. You can become a mare whose struggling for work, starving, and in desperate need of a steady income to support herself, or a stallion with a family, working as a doctor, living happily in his homestead. You can custom build your own farms, travel to different beautifully rendered locations such as the beach, or a forest. To sum this all up in a single sentence, Pony World 3 is by far the highest quality singleplayer story experience you can get at this point in time, it has been put together perfectly with no errors or immersion breaking glitches anywhere at any point in the game, and is incredibly underrated. I give it a 10/10, itsa mastapiec.
