Really disappointed with this game. Besides the use of a bunch of AI "Art" and other Assets, there is barely any investigating and zero putting together of clues to figure out whats going on, the game just takes you on a little stroll and tells you everything about its story. All the gameplay stuff you want in your mystery detective game, like, i dont know, actually being allowed to solve a case yourself is missing and the story it does present isnt even good, unfortunately. It incorporates some really old tropes with a twist at the end that doesnt land at all imo and just creates contradictions, instead of a compelling mystery. So yeah, if you really crave a short story walking sim and arent actually looking for a detective game or compelling and deep writing, get it on sale i guess.

Boring is the single best word to describe this game. The only puzzles to be solved require the player to move through rooms and click on buttons to read a letter, activate a video, or open a door to another room. There is no real transformation of the environment that requires problem solving skills. The story is also transparent. I quickly realized who the killer was, nevertheless, I had to endure a plodding set of videos in order to finish the game.

Nice, short little Noir game. Super atmospheric with a couple jump scares. It has this sense of dread that remains constant throughout the game as you go from one creepy location to the next. I liked it overall, although it is not without bugs and glitches. The inconsistent spelling of certain things and names, as well as outright spelling mistakes was increasingly frustrating, but I really enjoyed it. I recommend it if you are looking for a couple hours of spooky crime solving with a bit of a twist.

This horror game was one for the books, I loved the storyline, the twist was out of this world, however, I had my suspicions through the clues. It all was coming together slowly, but surely. The manor was beautiful, and eerie I will say. The puzzles were a bit difficult for me to solve, so I had some help, but overall this was one heck of a game. 10/10 would recommend if you love a good twist or just a good detective game.

This short interactive story is a nice way to fill a lazy afternoon. I give it a difficulty level of 1 - no serious puzzles or obstacles. It's purely a boredom buster - perfect for when you want to shut your mind off and enjoy a good story.

The most "Lovecraftian" game imaginable without actually being Lovecraftian. It reminded me of Call of Cthulhu, a game I've played far too many times. Here I found that same noir flavor: wonderfully crafted environments, excellent sound design and music, unobtrusive puzzles, and a story full of twists that kept me glued to my seat from start to finish. I recommend it to anyone looking to be entertained without having to rack their brains. It's the perfect game to immerse yourself in the 1920s and enjoy some genuinely good scares. There's no combat or stealth, but the sense of dread is present almost all the time. Thanks for reading!

Most disappointing purchase I've made. The game is filled with AI assets and AI voice-acting. It ran terribly on my otherwise good PC. The story was bland, and the very first puzzle used AI assets for a typewriter (none of the keys were in the right place) which made an otherwise simple puzzle incredibly frustrating. With the amount of AI-generated slop in this "game", it wouldn't surprise me if it's all AI coded too. Do not buy. I wish I had played this when I bought it, so I wouldn't have missed the refund window.
