There were no anomalies at all. The ghosts were not responding to anything I was saying, not even the quotes from the book. There is no way to tell where the ghost room is, and there is nowhere to report found anomalies. The tool you get to ask questions with doesn't work at all, the numbers just jump around spontaneously no matter which room you're in. Does a hallway count as a room? It's not specified. The code to the PC couldn't be found, the surveillance cameras were the only things that moved. Nothing happened, very boring experience, similarly to Phasmophobia. This is not a troll post, genuinely this game is just a Hospital walking simulator with nothing happening inside it.
