Mystic Towers review A blast from the past. Fun little game with a somewhat decadent main character. Pixel art is early 90s' style so I recommend it for anyone who likes that style of graphics. This can be played with mouse only but keyboard is heavily recommended. There really are not many games that resemble this at all, if any. If you are feeling adventurous, I'd definitely recommend this to you. I don't usually like to tread over the same ground other reviewers have already, but here I feel I should write about the game itself a little bit. You play as a baron Baldric and you are tasked with eliminating all hostile creatures in a tower that has many floors. You must clear all floors and then move on to the next tower and repeat. Among other tasks, you must also satisfy your hunger and thirst. By the way, creatures and Baldric himself are... interesting, to say the least. The game has a whimsical charm to it that I firmly believe you won't find in most games today. It is good retro-fun and I do recommend it, however for many the control scheme can be old.
