Deceptive Presentation Masks a Broken Game – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Don’t be fooled by the trailer or visuals — this game is a textbook example of poor design hidden behind glossy graphics. What initially appears to be a promising indie horror title quickly devolves into a clunky, frustrating, and buggy mess that should never have made it past early testing, let alone be sold at a $15 price point.
The issues begin immediately. Controls are unresponsive and awkward, creating a constant sense of disconnection from the environment. You start the game walking through a cemetery, only to be met with an ill-placed dog jump scare. While the dog remains behind a fence, the audio — bizarrely — follows you no matter how far you walk away. Even 25 meters away, the barking and gate-smashing sounds stay uncomfortably close, completely breaking immersion.
From there, the game’s lack of coherent objective design becomes apparent. One mission asks you to find a key in a two-story building with zero context — no direction, no layout guidance. A vague hint later tells you to check “George’s room,” but the game never tells you where that is. It’s only after trial and error — and growing frustration — that a random cutscene at the reception finally reveals the room numbers.
The following objective is equally lazy: “Explore the house.” After a few minutes, you’re told to “explore every room.” Why wasn’t that clear from the start? Then, without logic, you're told to meet someone in the workers’ office. Once there, the objective becomes “Make conversation: Look around in the office.” Look around for what? There's zero clarity. Only by randomly clicking on props do you find two interactable items — a photo and a bottle of pills — which finally trigger dialogue.
And then? The game breaks. Completely. You’re told to deliver pills at 9pm, but the door is locked, there's no way forward, and the environment offers nothing more to interact with. After two full replays, the bug happens every time. The game literally halts progression and traps you.
Releasing a game in this state is not just careless — it’s unethical. The developers are charging full price for a product that is clearly unfinished, unpolished, and non-functional. What’s worse is that the demo and trailer mislead players into expecting a suspenseful, well-crafted experience, when in reality they’re purchasing frustration, confusion, and wasted time.
Verdict:
Avoid this title completely. It’s broken, poorly designed, and riddled with bugs that make progress impossible. At best, it feels like an early alpha test. At worst, it feels like a cash grab hiding behind flashy assets. Save your money — and your sanity.
