A great sequel to Peggle! If you like that game then you'll love this one :)

The last review I did was in March 2020 about the Deluxe version of Peggle during the pandemic. I rarely play Peggle these days as I am busy but downloading the custom levels definitely helps.

Less of a sequel and more of a level pack DLC (which funny enough, it was on consoles). Doesn't do much to innovate on the original, and these levels are a bit weaker in design, but still has the same gameplay that made it great. Unless you're wanting more Peggle, this one's better at a discount.

Just get the original one, You're really not missing out on much. Half of the difficult levels are only hard because they either wall off the ball shooter, or make every goddamn peg move around. One cannot simply use the master ability, because that ability is blocked by 14 blue pegs on all sides.

Love it. My favorite thing to play when I'm listening to music, in a discord call, watching a youtube video... idle hands are the devils plaything and Peggle Nights has kept me holy

Fun simple game for the whole family. Would be great if they made more versions.

A great bit of fun if you aren't looking for anything too complicated. Even fun hot-seating with a friend.
Peggle Nights

[Positives]
- Great casual gameplay. - There are eleven different Peggle Master characters you play with who provide unique powers that spice up the gameplay. - Peggle Nights includes one new Master named Marina. - Four different game modes to pick from. - Good art style. - Good music. - Local hot seat multiplayer in Duel mode. - Reasonable price.
[Mixed]
- Adventure mode is pretty short, but it's very replayable.
[Negatives]
- The PC version is missing lots of extra features and content from the console versions. - Internal resolution is limited to 800x600p. - No widescreen support. - No cloud save support. - No controller support. - No achievements.
[Conclusion]
Despite being a separate title, Peggle Nights is basically an expansion pack for the original game. It's more of the same just with more levels and a new Master to play with. Pick it up if you're looking for more of the first game. 8/10

I painted quite a few of the backgrounds in this game, including the last level, so I'm a bit biased. I'm so happy to see it on Steam. For a long time, it was a forgotten relic from the era of casual PC games. It still holds up today. This game got my career in video game art started and it holds a special place. Thanks PopCap!
