This DLC introduced the worst made mechanic yet - the chain. Why in the world a chain tile with 3 mines in it would highlight tiles that are 4 away? The chain physically cannot reach there, it just makes things confusing for no reason. Why the area highlighted changes after correctly guessing a mine (it still doesn't count the distance properly)? And of course, the CHAIN can be a few different chains (ex. chain of 4 being split into 2 separate size 2 chains), because that's what we usually call a chain, right? There were also situations where there was no guaranteed move, unless when we assume the chain working improperly. This mechanic made me to abandon the game after over 300h of playtime on the clock. It's just not consistent with the rest of the game.

At first, I absolutely hated this new Chain mechanic. It made no sense and wherever I marked a tile, I got it wrong. Then it suddenly clicked, and it's really interesting to work out the puzzles, as some of them makes no sense at all, until you get the "aha" moment. And that's also when you start to see the patterns in how to manage the chains and where you are able to mark safe tiles.
