Playtime:
132 minutes
Never has 2.1 hours felt like 12, but lo and behold, Amazing Adventures: Lost Tomb inspires that feeling in the absolute worst possible way.

- Basically the same thing over and over again. While yes, the scenes do change (before they start repeating), alongside the objects they want you to find in-scene, they're very much composed of the same objects over and over again.
- Lack of clear separation on some means you'll be scouring fro minutes at a time trying to find something, only to use a hint, take a score penalty, and realise “oh, that looked all for the world like it was part of the other thing...”
- Some are purposely obtuse, with “Castle” being fulfilled when I clicked a Rook Chess Piece.
- POThers don't look like what you think they may, as evidenced by “two speparated branches” being what the game wanted for “wreath”. Another saw something completely-unrelated-looking being the second top the game wanted me to find.
- Intermediary “puzzles” do not last anywhere near long enough, and it al,ways goes “Hidden Object Scene, one-of-3-other puzzle (Jigsaw, Spot the Difference, Memory Tiles, Swap Tiles to Make Picture), hidden o0bject”. This means it gets really repetitive really fast.
- Game is – I cannot believe I'm saying this – way too long, with me having spent 2.1 hours in it, to reiterate, and finishing 34 scenes at minimum, only to be told that I had finished Mission 5 of 20.
Ordinarily, I would suggest improvements, however, as this has not received a single update since 2007, I feel like that would simply be whistling in the dark on my part
