This is an update of an older game in the Lantern of Worlds series, although I believe it has most of the same content. If my memory serves me correctly, some (not all) of the bugs from the original have been addressed.
Although these games tend to feel like they could use more fleshing out, I've personally enjoyed my time with each of them, and was happy to pick this one up as a standalone game. I'd recommend this as long as you're okay with a shorter experience with a little bit of clunkiness. I'm in agreement with the other reviewer that this takes ~2 hours to finish. In all honesty, I wish that was true of more games in my Steam library.
