I always wish that Steam had a middle ground kinda 'meh' button, because I'd use it for this.
The gameplay itself is fine for a few hours - the packing system is generally good, but it doesn't take long to get all your upgrades and they don't really change the gameplay in any meaningful way.
There are achievements to play for 90 game days and to pack 500 orders - it took me 3.5 hours to do 120 orders and 30 days, but if I want to continue I have to repeat the same thing with no changes to gameplay...gameplay that is good but not captivating enough to keep me stuck to it.
There was also an annoying bug with the packing boxes - an item would be highlighted to show it can be dropped in the box, but when it's dropped it ends up back on the table.
TL:DR - It's fine if you like repetitive tasks with no change, but I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something more engaging with better rewards/upgrades.

It was fun in the beginning, but it got really repetitive after a while. With the 3 month, and 100k goals, I kept playing in hopes that something new would come along, but all the upgrades got purchased after 15 days and the game felt kinda over after that. Grinding for another x amount of hours just to get the house felt lackluster. I really want to recommend this game, but at this stage I can't really do so in good conscience.

Ugh, it was fun and relaxing at first, but I got annoyed real quick when I struggled to fit 6 clothing items in a XL box for the 20th time. There's no clear instructions on how to layer/stack things, especially larger items. Maybe I'm just not patient enough, but I stopped playing when I could not for the life of me fit in one more hoodie in the XL box after rotaing and moving for like 5 minutes straight. This is really frustrating.
Also I don't feel like there's much else outside of the endlessly packing and shipping drills. No stories, no goals, no character. I mean, maybe this is what this type of games are designed for? But I would like to see something more.
I think I'm expecting more of a real warehouse/fulfillment center type of game, where I'd imagine you sort through the big inventory to pack and ship, instead of basically moving stuff from one box to another...? I don't know. I wouldn't pay more than $5 for this.

the "divorce papers" don't work, and make it impossible to play. The devs have moved on to a new game, and I'm not confident that they will fix this one.

ship inc is a cosy job simulator where you pack packages for a company. you can play mini games, upgrade your work station and customise some of the tools you use during your job. there is 3 different difficulties to choose from when playing the game.
unfortunately you can only have one saved game at a time so you can only play one mode at a time which is a shame if you like switching difficulties often or want multiple games open and saved at a time. the achievements are easy enough to collect and only a few are easy to miss.
the music is chill lofi/instrumental and you have the option to pick between a few different tracks. the game pairs the music with cute pastel graphics to make it easy to unwind with and understand when first playing through the tutorial. something to note is that the game can get a little repetitive if played for long periods of time.

I've had to refund this game because it either has game breaking bugs, or it just doesn't allow you to progress but is never explained why. Twice I go stuck because there was no way to send the package despite fulfilling the order correctly and not being able to proceed or even figure out why I couldn't proceed. The first time this happen I suspect it was because I didn't have the correct stickers for the packages. That wouldn't be much of a problem if I could leave, buy some, return on complete the order, or even take a penalty for not doing my job properly and being able to advance the day regardless. The second time there is absolutely no reason I should not have been able to send the package or at least advance the day with a penalty. Poorly coded or poorly executed. Too bad, because I wanted a light hearted game like this to relax with for an hour or two after a busy day.

Obsessed! Everything about this game has a way of pulling you in. It scratches an itch in my brain so nicely, I love that you can be as casual or hardcore as you want. I never thought packing and shipping items could be so fun. As someone with limited time to game I really really love that it isn't a game you have to commit a lot of your time to for progress to be made. Truly relaxing, I recommend to any and all! Would be fun if in future updates we get the option to customize our boxes (color, design, etc.)

This game would be more fun if things actually stacked within the boxes. There is no clear explanation for why sometimes you can layer things in a box and sometimes you can't.

It's a fine enough game - it was too easy to upgrade everything and got so repetitive just trying to save up to buy the house. Unfortunately did request refund - I wish there was just a little more story-wise. After 2 hours, I just got bored...
Not to mention, the game is quite glitchy. I found boxes inconsistently fit items, the truck is super glitchy - this game needs refining and added content.

I really want to like the game but its just really boring. Its not poorly made or anything its just really, really boring. Once you ship your first box, you have seen everything the gameplay loop has to offer. If a really simple, borderline mobile game is what you're looking for this is probably a good fit. Im not gonna leave a negative review because i don't think the developers deserve it, but consider this review a neutral one.
