I enjoy it, but as I experiment with crafting it tends to crash and I lose progress.

There are many, many biomes, but almost all of them are horror. I was hoping for liminal exploration, but after flesh, brick, plastic, haunted, purple wasteland, grey wasteland, white wasteland, multicolored wasteland, mountainous grey wasteland, a dozen other "meh" environments and "water" I can say that way too many of these places are featureless or just extremely unpleasant.
I did find a number of nicer places, but they were mostly just forests, the randomly generated fog made it impossible to see more than 8 blocks, and even the seemingly gentle places had nasty creatures jumping at you at at all times of day and night.
I understand atmospheric fog, I understand horror fog, but "Hey, I'd really like to just not see the video game I'm playing" levels of fog are just irritating. Silent Hill has clearer weather than some of the places I explored.
It has too many things holding it back from actually being an enjoyable experience for me, and I've already spent too much time on it. Maybe once the modding scene picks up, I can come back and edit a game that's fun to explore.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
Lucid Blocks is a wonderful game, its best played when you havent seen a single guide or video about it despite being one of those games that are "hard to enjoy without a wiki page on the second display".
Its relatively short, I've done every single thing you could do in the game in just about 6 hours, and I've experienced every feeling known to a human whilst playing this.
The graphics is one of the things that may get you feel uncomfortable though, since games entire premise is minecraft lucid dreaming the colors in the game are way too saturated in some way, pixelated effect confuses you most of the time when you're looking at distance but I think thats intentional because in actual dreams (at least in mines) you will be able to recognize the scale of where you are but you will never be able to see it
( I'm gonna talk about one of my dreams in this section so if you're here just for the game review you can skip )
Another thing I like about the game are the dimensions. Its unironically one of the best if not the best mechanic in this game, god would know how much time I'd spend without a pocket dimension in my inventory, when I discovered different dimensions it reminded me of one of my brightest dreams where I was randomly thrown at different dimensions and in these different dimensions I would either have the control over my dream, which you would call lucid dreaming, or I did not have the control over my dream, I still remember how these dimensions looked like despite how long ago this dream was, first dimension was resembling my street but in a some sort of a forest with a lake where I calmly sat by and the moment I closed my eyes and breathe in I was in a second dimension, super dark road with no other signs of life present nearby, I couldn't even see past 5 meters because of how foggy it was and the fog was pitch black, I experienced such huge stress walking by the road, when I tried to think of something nice like a beach I opened my eyes and this was probably the weirdest part in my entire dream history, first it seemed like I woke up, then something took control over my body and I went straight to balcony, where I immediately jumped off without any sort of hesitation, when I landed on grass I was given control over my body again and after being confused by whether I'm in a dream or not I tried coming back to my apartament, after I entered the building I had to take the stairs since the elevators were broken, but when I was approaching my floor I started seeing all sorts of clothing I used to wear for a long time everywhere, on floor, on handrail, everywhere! and when I turned around the corner where I was literally a few steps away from my floor I saw myself at the end of the staircase, he said nothing and he depicted no emotion at all, he just, stood there and gazed at me, not long after everything went black and I woke up on the same bed but all sweaty and it turned out I slept like an actual 12 hours, I recall this dream every now and then but when during playing this game this was the biggest hit in my memory and I felt like I had to include this in a review.
Overall, I was recommended this game by my friend and I will recommend this game to you, reader. Its probably the best game you could get if you're heavily into experiencing and recalling your dreams or if you're simply into "dreamcore".
P.S. The crafting system is actually beyond rocket science though I wish there was a better way to comprehend how it works

This game reminds me of the show Lost, which was exciting and threw a bunch of cool stuff all at once at the viewer and you think 'oh I wonder how this is all going to tie together' but none of it ever really seems to tie together and it's just becomes just an endless flood of weirdness designed to distract from the lack of plot.
There's no clear way to craft any of the items you obviously need and the game actively punishes you for experimenting by running you flat of experimentational material very quickly. Not only are you suggested to go in without a guide, guidance does not appear to emerge from the gameplay in any way and it's just this weird lost feeling that reminds me of being stuck for too long in a sculpture garden and I've seen everything I want to see and just want to go home.
If you are bored of minecraft already, just skip this one. The current state is about $5 value as as weird walking simulator. If you can't get enough of BOTH minecraft AND No Man's Sky buy this at full price and you will be happy.

My first experience playing the game: Turning a Flesh Block & A Meat Block into a Dog Block before getting lost in a giant brick building.
My sisters first experience playing this game: Finding a town, accidentally creating life (Goo Capsule) that then attempted to kill her, running away, building a makeshift house, killing the life she spawned, and then creating more life (Bubblebear)

Feels like some other game I know, can't really think about on the top of my head, but I swear there is a game where you place blocks and fight monsters, must've been a dream.

A trippy little adventure through a dreamy, chaotic, and yet oddly endearing voxel world.
If you like both Minecraft and liminal spaces, this game is for you.

i feel bad for the people who watched a video or got the gameplay spolied for them via a guide or whatever, if you go into this game with no info its it amazing wonderfilled game , you dont know the dangers that lurk or how to even get a chest XD or can you? youll be asking question like this 24/7, its awesome when you finally figure something out. But you have to want to play the game, you cant go into it with the modern gaming mindset trying to be efficient or trying to expirence stuff quickly, you have to want to learn breathe absorb and take in every moment to truly enjoy and get what the game captures, it almost feels like when we would play games before mainstream reviews guides and tip books, that era of gaming where you and friends would share tips at school or maybe a cousin. AWESOME GAME
