Although 5 euros is a little bit too much for the content it offers, well, the Emperor is just so much fun that I can recommend you buying this one even for it's regular price.

Honestly, i can simply say that all the DLC characters are great, i prob won't do review for all of them, but ill just do these 2 since they stand out the most. But it would be wrong to say they are the most, Firefly went all out with these characters with how they play, their personalities, and using what was somewhat underused in Vanilla game. None of these are Abbot or return of Woolsack but they are all great. So, Emperor and the Hermit. Emperor is a somewhat of a medium difficulty fighter, his castle is large with mainly 1 outer layer of wall, with defence tricked out with Crossbowmen, Knights, Pikemen and filled to brim wtih Conscripts. Regularly using all troughout the game while he does pose a threat with strong unit mix he neither attacks strong as the Duke, nor defends like The Templar, but it is a nice mix for every game or so. Now The Hermit is the most interesting. He takes every Arabian lord and uses every trick he can, except horse archers. Regular raids with slaves, assassin support parties, sieges with varienty of troops and siege equipment, he has all kinds of tools for attacking and is genuenly one of the most fun... except his defence is lacking, very. Due to it only being Arabs they kinda fall short to armored units or hard charges with macemen or rangers, that isn't an entirely bad thing but it does kinda drag him. Even so overall both of these are quite unique from the rest and if you can, for 2.49 euros, its honestly not a bad idea to pick it up.

The Emperor and the Hermit DLC is a great DLC. I would get it now that its on sale ($4.01 only). I think the DLC is well worth the price. The Emperor and the Hermit are fun to play against. Keep the DLC coming Firefly! You guys should keep making DLC adding more AI characters. For future DLC, you should add the Marshall (Sir Longarm), Sherriff and the Snake and others. Please keep DLC coming! 10/10 for this DLC!!
