A good add-on which follows the Resurrection of F movie, containing elements of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan and Golden Frieza to be played with.
"I'll show you the power well beyond that of Super Saiyan God!"
Gameplay 9.5 Undoubtedly, the Resurrection 'F' Pack has the best character set of any DLC or even the entire game. It has three characters with incredible stats—Goku SSGSS, Vegeta SSGSS, and Golden Frieza—as well as an extra character, Jaco. These three are invaluable in for low levels in situations for "evening the odds" in challenging PQ missions, and their overpowering stats and skill sets keep them competitive at higher difficulty levels. The characters aren't the main draw of this DLC. Z-Souls, skills, and masters are all equally amazing. For example, the Earthling build and Golden Frieza's Z-Soul ("Let me show you my evolved self.") with doubled auto-charge ki compliment Elder Kai's Unlock Potential transformation, allowing our CaC to use this strong transformation endlessly. Honorable mentions include Goku's SSGSS Z-Soul ("Whis, you're stepping on poo.") and Vegeta's SSGSS Z-Soul ("Maybe you're just plain stupid."), both of which are good for obtaining an early advantage in fight by lowering enemy stamina and destroying enemy ki. Jaco's awesome skills, such as Galactic Patrolman’s ray gun-based skills and Hero's Pose reinforcement, briefly boost all abilities, improving the entire gameplay experience. Graphics 8.5 Inspired by Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F', the Resurrection 'F' Pack integrates Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, and Jaco into Xenoverse seamlessly. Goku's Whis Symbol Gi resembles a traditional dogi, while Vegeta sports a modernized Whis Symbol Battle Suit. Frieza's shiny gold evolution mirrors the transformations of the race he despises, and Jaco dons his Galactic Patrol Elite Suit. The CaC outfits, including those from the Movie Costumes Pack, feature Goku SSGSS, Vegeta SSGSS, Gohan's Tracksuit, and Turtle Hermit's Aloha Shirt, though Jaco's Elite Suit is notably absent. The special effects on characters and skills are impressive, with iridescent ki colors and diverse attack visuals. For instance, Vegeta SSGSS's Super Galick Gun blends purple, blue, and yellow electricity, while Golden Frieza's Emperor's Death Beam is yellow with a purple outline and matching electricity. Sounds 8 Returning characters feature their legendary voice actors, such as Goku voiced by Masako Nozawa and Sean Schemmel, Vegeta by Ryō Horikawa and Christopher Sabat, Frieza by Ryūsei Nakao and Chris Ayres †, and Jaco by Natsuki Hanae and Todd Haberkorn. Their performances are outstanding. The sound design, while not as remarkable as in the GT Pack 2 with the Shadow Dragon brothers, is still impressive in the Resurrection 'F' Pack. Highlights include the unique energy beam sound from Galactic Patrolman's ray gun-based skills, the iconic charging sound of the modernized Super Galick Gun, and the perfect blend of Instant Transmission and Kamehameha sounds in the Warp Kamehameha. Replayability 9.5 The Resurrection 'F' Pack is highly replayable. It offers the overpowered Unlock Potential transformation when paired with the right build, the strongest character set, and costumes with the highest stat buffs. The key mission PQ Revenge of the Tuffle from GT Pack 1 has returned in a similar fashion to PQ The Return of the Giant Ape-Fest! This mission is not only easier, but also more rewarding, since you battle a weak Patrolman and four Great Apes, resulting in more Zeni. These features make this DLC the most valuable for gameplay and replay out of all the DLCs.
Overall 8.8
The Resurrection 'F' Pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse is a standout DLC, offering an exceptional character set with Goku SSGSS, Vegeta SSGSS, Golden Frieza, and Jaco. These characters provide incredible stats and skills, making them invaluable for challenging missions. The pack also includes Z-Souls, skills, and masters that enhance gameplay, such as the Unlock Potential Earthling build and Golden Frieza's Z-Soul. The graphics seamlessly integrate these characters, featuring impressive special effects and costumes. The sound design is equally impressive, with outstanding voice acting and unique sound effects. Overall, the Resurrection 'F' Pack is highly replayable, offering a powerful transformation and rewarding gameplay experiences

IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN PLAYING THE GAME (I’m offering access to my roster of games and DLCs, Dragon Ball Xenoverse with DLC packs 1–3 included. If you’re a Dragon Ball fan, this content adds some fun extras, but whether it’s worth it depends on how much you crave more DB.) Review: As someone who grew up with Dragon Ball and wanted more variety after finishing the base game, DLC packs 1–3 gave me a reason to jump back in. Getting new characters to fight as, fresh missions to tackle, and cosmetic items to customize your hero is always exciting. It feels great to see familiar faces join the roster, and the little extras extend the fun. That said, the content leaves you wishing for more. The new missions and characters are enjoyable, but there aren’t enough of them to make the packs feel substantial. No extra mentors, limited new content, and a short runtime make the experience feel thin. For hardcore fans it’s fun while it lasts, but for the price, it doesn’t deliver the amount of content you’d hope for. Pro’s & Con’s: Pro’s: - New Characters: Expands the roster with fan favorites. - New Missions: Extra quests keep the story moving and extend replayability. - Cosmetic Items: Adds more customization options for your custom hero. Con’s: - Wished for More of Everything: Characters, missions, and overall content feel limited. - No Extra Mentors: A missed opportunity that would’ve made training more fun. - Too Few Characters: Doesn’t feel like enough for three DLC packs. - Not Enough Missions: Leaves the story additions feeling short and incomplete. - Not Worth Full Price: The content doesn’t match the cost. - Too Short: Not time-consuming or long enough to feel satisfying.

This DLC may not have a lot to offer ,but what I like are 3 things:Friezas Emperor death beam,Unlocked Potential, and having the chance of 0 RNG with the help of elder kai.The new death beam helped out a lot on PQ's, i'm also glad they gave a transformation to every race. With elder kai I got a ton of moves with his ability to make(or reduce) RNG.

I thought I knew what to expect, but then I realized I need two other players just to get the elder kai to take me as a mentor, IF I find him. Also the amount PQ's you get it's barely worth even 5 bucks. Only giving a thumbs up because I'm a fan of DBZ and I got SSGSS goku and vegita

This was the pack that I was waiting for. Not only does it have something not to do with GT, but it also allows a transformation skill, for all races finally. Something that should have been in the game and could have been in the game to start with, but I'm glad to see it's here. Also the story and extra training missions and such are fun as well, worth the money if you ask me.

Good, but not worth the $10 price point. It really only adds a couple new skills, which are the most redeeming factor, a couple new z-souls that really aren't worth mentioning, two mentors, and 5 pq's. Only buy if you want elder kai as a mentor to increase pq drop rates, even then I'd buy it on sale.

This DLC pack is not content that was already in the game files. This Pack adds a new transformation and two interesting masters. The time patrol quests added to this game in this pack are very tough and will test your skills. And it's nice to have SSGSS Goku/Vegeta and Golden Frieza in the game. While I feel that $9.99 is too much for this DLC Pack, it is still worth getting above the other DLC Packs. So if you want to buy DLC for this game I would suggest to only buy this pack as the others are not worth it.

With this pack, one can finally get a taste of just how powerful Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza have gotten over the years. Before this pack was released, most, if not all, the Parallel Quests were trivial, most likely due to being massively overleveled, sitting at 85. Now, with this new content, max level is almost mandatory, as the AI opponents do NOT mess around anymore. I found my God-busting build BARELY being triumphant over these new enemies, and failure is now a bigger possibility than ever. They will gang up on you without mercy, and punish you in a flurry of attacks that will make you wish you hadn't used that healing Capsule. Even the smallest strikes from them tear off huge chunks of your health, making even the most experienced of players re-evaluate their normal strategy. Think that Ultimate Attack of yours can do the job? They say, "F*ck your ultimate!" as you watch in horror as a massive, planet- destroying beam of energy barely phases them. This makes you feel as if you're truly fighting the best warriors in history- and it will test your patience.
