Fun gt based dlc that adds main quests sidequests trainers and skills since you will most likely only play the story and side content once get it in sale.

Another recommendation with asterisks, I do not recommend the base game, and I only recommend this if you already own the base game and GT pack one. Also, the full price is absolutely abysmal, and you should never under any circumstances buy this off sale. I struggle to justify recommending this as it has even less content than the first, and that is saying something. It is still far better than the last DLC though.

Probably not worth $10, pretty quick to get through and the characters are meh. Not worth the prolonged wait we had. But if you got money to blow, go for gold.

Another poor DLC pack, very little content for what they are charging ($9.99). More like $0.99 worth of content. Shame on you Bandai Namco & Dimps for nickel and diming everyone on content. Where are all the other characters from GT that should be playable and PQ quests? How about a Parapara Bros outfit, Giru a playable character. Mira, Towa, Demigra, and Supreme Kai of Time should have been playable after beating the game originally. All of GT should have been one DLC pack for the price, and all means more than what is in both packs currently. In general, for the game and DLC's, where are Frieza's 2nd and 3rd forms, Cell's 1st and 2nd forms, Dodoria, Zarbon - 2 forms, Babidi, Super Buu with aborbtions of piccolo and gohan, Dabura, etc etc. Plenty more playable characters you could do or have done. Master Roshi, Chi-chi, Majin Vegeta, SSJ3 Goku and Gotenks, SS Vegito. How about playable Oozaru and Golden Oozaru at least a PQ level. A lot of the included character variations are the same model with some different moves, but missing the major milestone trasformations as variations. I hope the developers read the feedback and see that people are pretty upset and deserve better. Most likely they don't care, but the Mostly Negative rating on their DLC's should send a message. Don't buy DLC's unless on sale or you are a super big fan and gotta have them now.

Reviewing these two GT packs is difficult as I had fun with the extended story, parallel quests and new masters. However, I don't believe I can say I recommend getting either GT pack at full price or even alone. I'm one of those people who actually enjoyed watching GT, so of course I was going to have a lot of fun! But like with the rest of Xenoverse, I found myself yearning for more. Where was Baby Vegeta or even just full-form Baby? What about one of the better GT villains, General Rilldo? I can somewhat understand only 2 of the shadow dragons (Though two lazily very alike ones) but it felt like they cut out some more niche fun bits. In terms of what was "added" since all content was there to begin with, just only now unlockable via these DLC's I found it nice to have the new masters, z-souls, skills and clothing to choose from and new playable characters but it wasn't super amazing or really game changing. These DLC's have their niche but overall for the price tag of 10$ each DLC, I can't say its worth buying. 20$ for barely anything isn't worth it, even on sale The only way I can recommend these DLC's is only if you get the seasons pass on sale, and ONLY if the seasons pass or bundle is on sale. NEVER get either GT DLC Pack at full price individually

A good add-on that follows the first half of the Dragon Ball GT series (Shadow Dragons Saga). It is playable in both the main story campaign and parallel quests. The main story campaign is quite light, with not much emphasis on historical aberrations as seen in the main game.

IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN PLAYING THE GAME (I’m offering access to my roster of games and DLCs, Dragon Ball Xenoverse with DLC packs 1–3 included. If you’re a Dragon Ball fan, this content adds some fun extras, but whether it’s worth it depends on how much you crave more DB.) Review: As someone who grew up with Dragon Ball and wanted more variety after finishing the base game, DLC packs 1–3 gave me a reason to jump back in. Getting new characters to fight as, fresh missions to tackle, and cosmetic items to customize your hero is always exciting. It feels great to see familiar faces join the roster, and the little extras extend the fun. That said, the content leaves you wishing for more. The new missions and characters are enjoyable, but there aren’t enough of them to make the packs feel substantial. No extra mentors, limited new content, and a short runtime make the experience feel thin. For hardcore fans it’s fun while it lasts, but for the price, it doesn’t deliver the amount of content you’d hope for. Pro’s & Con’s: Pro’s: - New Characters: Expands the roster with fan favorites. - New Missions: Extra quests keep the story moving and extend replayability. - Cosmetic Items: Adds more customization options for your custom hero. Con’s: - Wished for More of Everything: Characters, missions, and overall content feel limited. - No Extra Mentors: A missed opportunity that would’ve made training more fun. - Too Few Characters: Doesn’t feel like enough for three DLC packs. - Not Enough Missions: Leaves the story additions feeling short and incomplete. - Not Worth Full Price: The content doesn’t match the cost. - Too Short: Not time-consuming or long enough to feel satisfying.

The more I see the more I dislike. Seriously are you guys trying to make mass money off of nothing? Cause the way its going I'd rather hop on my PS2 and play Budokai Tenkaichi 3.....THIS GAME LOOKED SO PROMISING, come to find out you Only get a handful of DBZ characters, Infact, DBGT Final Bout for PS1 had a bigger roster. Stop messing around and trying to nickle and dime everyone, Make this game the way it should be... Finally A DBZ Game for PC. Only, alittle less than what I was expecting. Like, why is SSJ4 Vegeta Only preorder? And why is there a fraction of the roster of Budokai Tenkaichi 3? Anywho, here are my Pros and Cons. Pros- -Graphics are good -Hero Customization is Decent -Cool seeing an alternate side to a lifetime favorite story. -Very Replayable and Enjoyable Cons- -Very Small Character Roster (Each DBZ game should have more and more characters from the story. I.e. Budokai Tenkaichi 3 has the largest roster yet, and still to this day remains the best DBZ game made) -DLC seems like a waste of money, Very little effort put into it, Very little Everything. -NO BEAM BATTLES! - Everyone knows that BEAM BATTLES make up DBZ games, and without them, this doesnt feel authentic, more like a cheap knock off. 10 Things DBZXV Needs To Make it the best game ever! 1. Beam Battles! - Nothing beats a beam struggle that could possibly end in 2x damage or Instant kill! 2. Sayain Redefined - All Sayain Hairstyles need to to Chain with level of SSJ. SSJ being raised up, blond, and spiky. SSJ2 Same layout with slightly longer hair. SSJ3,Intensely Modified Crazy long. EACH HAIR LAYOUT SHOULD HAVE ITS OWN MODELS PER LEVEL OF SSJ. (i.e. Bowlcuts should Change like Trunks hair does when SSJ.) 3. More Transformations!- Make Transformations its own slot on Skill Board, Freeing up Ultimate attack Slot. Saiyan- Great Ape, Gold Great Ape, SSJ3, SSJ4, GOD Level Namekian- Super Namekian, Giant Namekian, Fused Namekian Human- Enlightened Human, Raged Human(Think Buff Master Roshi) Frieza Race- Form 2, Form3, Final Form BuuRace- Kid Form, Evil Form, Super Form !EACH LEVEL (SSJ/NAMEK/HUMAN/FORM/BUU FORM) CHANGING BODY BUILD AND HAIR MODEL! **SSJ4, Fused Namekian, Enlightened Human, All forms for Buu Race and Frieza Race, do not wear out or dimish till the fight ends** 4. Lots More Variations! - More hair, more eyes, more faces, more lips, more noses, lot more clothes, more accessories, more more more! Also, the ability to add and customize aura. 5. New Races! - Android! [M/F], Kai! [M/F], The Race of Pikkon [SingleSex], Demon [M/F], Tuffle (Baby) [M/F] 6. Black Star Dragon Balls - 1 wish from Dark Shenron, Different Wishes Than Shenron or Porunga. (RAREST) *Only found on GT missions* 7. Namekian Dragon Balls - 3 Wishes from Porunga, Different Wishes Then Shenron or Dark Shenron. *only found on missions/maps that take place on Namek* 8. Better Deflect and Ki Blast - One of the best part about DBZ was playing tennis or ping pong with basic ki blasts, trying to see how many times you could get it to go back and forth without messing up. 9. More Graphics Customization, Ability to adjust shaders and such, make the game look like older DBZ Games, Smoother, Less Shiny, as OPTIONS. not Mandatories 10. Complete Multiplay Profession Optimization for Competative Play and Tournaments. If these changes should ever happen, this game will be the best DBZ game in history! THINK BUDOKAI TENKAICHI 3! MAKE THIS GAME DEEP!!!

I was kind of less than enthused with the first GT pack they added but because of the promise of this pack I hoped that maybe Namco Bandai would redeem itself...unfortunately this pack is kind of worse than the first. They added in a handful of costumes none of which are really that great or worth owning, the characters in this DLC are a bit better in my opinion than those in the first pack but the main story missions are over in the blink of an eye leaving you feeling less than resolved and the three added PQs do add some extra play time BUT overall this pack is over so fast you're almost left wondering what they really added at all. It feels fragmented, as if they chopped a full GT pack into two halves to get more money out of their customers. It's nice to see love for GT but this isn't the way to do it. Unless you are a solid completionist and hardcore Dragon Ball fan I say skip it because nothing in this pack enhances the game enough to warrant a $9.99 asking price.

I really can't recommend this for the price it's at. I love Dragon Ball, and I was excited when I heard Xenoverse could get DLC. The first pack was nothing too amazing, but I thought it was good for the first pack, kicking things off, but Pack 2 kinda flops. It doe's give you 4 characters, which is one more than Pack 1 did, but two of them are the main villains of the main story, one who we fight multiple times even, and the other two are Nouva and Eis Shenron. Eis is more or less a reskin of Nouva, but they've swapped the fire effects out for ice effects, and different supers. The story portion had neat moments, and I do like that they are legitimately changing the story of GT around, much more than they did the main DBZ storyline, and aside from a few cool moments, and one minor touching moment, it overall feels lackluster in the end. This doe's seem to conclude GT content, and while DBGT isn't my favorite series, I do feel it deserved a slightly better showcase. Aside from that, you get Pan as a master and two new PQs. I'm usually not picky, but this is content you can blast through super quickly. Overall, if it gets cheaper one day, I definitely would say go for it, but for 10 euros, it's a bit too much. Good notes. Towa's outfit. Gogeta's outfit. Final story battle. Some classic Dragon Ball humour. Bad notes. Over too quickly. Feels rushed. Makes me very worried for Pack 3.
