The first mission was good but the more advanced missions are impossible. The co pilot is useless and the aircraft has outdated avionics. In order to fly IFR at you need up to date avionics. The second mission makes no sense. The aircraft experiences an engine failure and the engine is on fire and trailing smoke. The silly copilot tells you file a flight plan to another airport over 60 NM away, bypassing closer airports. (no option for a distress call) The third mission goes well until the aircraft goes out of control. You can't switch to another aircraft at all in these missions. Not worth the money!

Got this on sale a couple of days ago. because it had rewards, But the bad thing is all the rewards seem to be the same, only the wording id different.
Also it only uses the DC-3 . So not bad for the sale price but don't think it'd be worth the full price.
Haven't completed all the missions yet (only 3 so far) But they seem to all work ok

This is a fun set of missions that takes you all over the world. They can be pretty challenging though, as you'll encounter rain storms, snow storms, very low visibiltiy conditions and extremely harsh wind conditions...in other words be prepared for some crosswind landings. Having played through all 20 missions there are a few issues with this addon.
The first couple of issues are minor, the first being that occasionally your co-pilot will talk over the ATC instructions, and with no subtitles for her it can be hard to understand what she is saying sometimes. The other is that occasionally when you start the mission your props will be feathered. If left like this you will not be able to take off...so get in the habit of checking those props before taking off.
The second issue is during Mission 10 there's an issue with your assigned cruising altitude. Your assigned 6000 ft but when you reach it, it doesn't trigger your co-pilot to announce that you have reached your cruising altitude. This actually will prevent you from completing the mission if you don't hit that trigger. I actually made it to the destination before the timer ran out, but since I didn't trigger her crusing altitude response the landing didn't count and I failed the mission due to running the timer out. The solution though is simple which is to either just keep climbing (I want to say her response triggered for me at about 6600ft) until you get her to say that you have reached the cruising altitude. The ATC will be yelling at you to descend to your assigned altitude doing it this way, or just ask the ATC to increase your assigned altitude by 1000ft (this will put your crusing altitude at 7000ft). This will get her to trigger her response as well as keep ATC off your back. After doing that the mission will play out just fine.
The third issue however is a major one, and actually does prevent you from completing a mission. Mission 15 has you land on an uncontrolled runway that is not only short but of impossibly small width. The DC3's wheelbase is wider than the runway is which keeps your co-pilot from registering that you have indeed landed on the runway. I tried for about an hour to land on this runway from different directions, to get this mission to complete but couldn't get it. I tried finding help via videos or forum discussions, to no avail and finally just threw the towel in.
Overall though with the exception of Mission 15 it was a very enjoyable set of missions to fly.

I fly with 4 monitors and some saitek extas about half way through dc 3 is great the co pilot could help rather than talk over flight control.

I'm enjoying the missions so far, but Mission 3 is just bugged. Once I reach my destination the plane just doesn't handle correctly, it's as though the UCS has gone wack. I thought it might just be a weird crosswind component but even on the ground it moves mostly sideways. Whatever the issue, this mission never completes for me. Guess I'm skipping on to mission four without completing this #3.

Some missions are ok, but some are terrible... 2 missions wont register as completed (the timed ones) and mission 15 is simply impossible because of a runway in a dense forest with a 100ft strip. Landing a helicopter on it MIGHT be possible.
Poorly made.... Every time you're about to land, the lady's voice comes back on and interrupts you while you're getting important info from ATC. WHO DESIGNED THIS???

Does anyone know how to finish mission 10 in cargo crew; I can't seem to find the loading zone for the DC3 when I have landed the plane before my time is up?.....I understand this is part of the fun in working the puzzle out: but at this moment I am rather lazy and only have about 8m left after landing the plane....well if anyone has done mission 10 you know what I am talking about. But for those who have never tried out Cargo Crew add-0n, I say, it is a MUST if you want to have absolute enjoyment in Flight Sim!!!!. I already spent about 20 hours on it. Oh just one thing: if you are in a parking lot and you can't turn the plane because there is a building in front of you, just press {(Shift + P) for on/off command}. The P stands for pushing the plane out backwards. This is just a little hint for some of the missions.... Have fun guys, this add-on I'm telling you is amazing!

I changed my recommendation from No to Yes.
Originally the game didn't functionand at that time I was, to put it nicely, disappointed in Steam's policy, and DLC and the developer's support.
However, with suggestions and feedback from two users I realised the functionality error was mine. I failed to check the box allowing me to use my own DC-3 instead of the developer's.
The simulation missions are now operable and challenging. My apologies to DLC and the developer for my original recommendation, and thanks to the users' support and recommendations.
As for Steam, I wrote below that I like Steam and have downloaded amazing aircraft, scenery and effects. However I will be more aware of the time limitations after download.

Pros:
Nice missions
Challenging weather conditions
Everything is IFR but is plotted into the GPS VOR-to-VOR, so it's also suitable for beginners or players unable to fly with instruments
A lot of the missions continue where you ended the last one, love it
Cons:
Airport charts not included(easy to find online though)
CO-pilot is not really a copilot, just a nag
"CO-pilot" talks over ATC and keep repaeting the exact same dumb sh** every mission, like during climb-out/level-off and approach
Not very chatty apart from that. Low quality audio recording...
ATC is FSX-ATC, so prepare to zigzag.
Flight characteristics makes the DC-3 sometimes behave very unnatural in moderate crosswinds in-flight. Suddenly banking agressively to 45-60deg either way
Overall it's a good add-on, would recommend
