Pro tip: Build a cryo pod inside your sky carrier and set it as your respawn point—that way, you won’t revive in random locations after dying.

After the optimization, the game's world-building and tutorial feel much more beginner-friendly. The energy-based enemy designs are awesome—you need specific weapons to take them down, adding real strategic depth to combat. The boss fights strike a perfect balance; challenging but not unfairly punishing, making victories incredibly satisfying.

Let me start by saying I love these survival / exploration / crafting games. I spent so many hours on Subnautica, Breathedge, Planet Crafter, Astroneer, Green Hell... Also Factorio, Satisfactory or Surviging Ceres. And I am very eager for Subnautica 2, Eden Crafters, Sunkenland, and Forever skies to be fully available.
I want to love this game, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
On the pros side, the game looks good, and the concept of exploring ruins of a solar system is great (even though I couldn't get far enough to find any interesting secret). And as far as I could see, there are many remnants to explore, very very far from the starting point.
Unfortunately, the cons outweight the pros:

The world is vast, but as empty and repetitive as Starfield.

The figthts are tedious: the sword is slow and heavy but doesn't reach far enough, so close up fighting is annoying as hell. And the guns do very little damage. And many times I got just stuck inside small buildings because a monster was stuck in the entrance, too far for me to hit without getting wrecked...

The food and water levels go down way too fast, which makes this aspect of the game way too time consuming compared to crafting and exploration (which is, admittedly, the main interest of these games).

The game crashes every 10-15 minutes when using the highest graphic settings.

The crafting itself is tedious, as all the crafting recipes are available at the beginning, but it's a complete mess: each machine contains a list of dozains of recipes without any classification or any type of filter to help us see what's going on. We spend more time scrolling up and down than actually crafting anything.

When I get out of the "artificial gravity area" around one of the ruins, if I don't use the jetpack, I just... fall. I have no idea where I am falling, but I would assume that in space without a jetpack, I would just be stuck in the same place, not be attracted to an invisible black hole.
But what really put the nail on the coffin for me was that the game seems to have been designed by a deaf person. Inside our starting base, a NPC is constantly banging on an anvil-maching-thingy (because "they find it soothing"), litterally every second is "BANG" after "BANG", so every minute spent in our main base is a growing headache.
And finally, when our hunger or thirst level reaches ~30%, we get a warning in the form of... a constant orgasm. Yes, from the moment our character starts to get thirsty or hungry, out character produces an uninterrupted moaning sound. W.T.F.
