In under a day (Some of the time spent was AFK while being elsewhere, real total was around 15 hours), i was able to 100% complete it. The expert AI was not a challenge (Unlike the hard mode for Transformed, still getting to 100% on that one), but i loved the ride. I highly recommend this game.

The overall premise of the game is ok, but it barely functions. The framerate drops consistently and sometimes the game crashes. Not to mention, online multiplayer is non existent in this version. If you want to play this game, I would recommend playing the console version of SEGA All-Stars Racing or its newer counterpart, Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed.
