Fun idler. I like the customization settings that you can have the little frog overlay everything or be treated like another window you can tab through. The unlockables are cute and the way the lottery gets you everything is convenient. If you want something to check in on, buy a few upgrades, and open some loot boxes every 12 hours or so, this is a good choice.

It's a cute little background screen game, froggy is just there with you while both of you are working so you dont feel lonely.

I'm admittedly addicted to gaming, and this little frog manages to count as a "game" while I do other things. I've gotten a LOT of little projects done while Ropuka cuts his grass! Thanks for this :)
If you play multiplayer Steam games with others, be aware that having this game open can affect peoples' ability to join your online sessions. I have to quit Ropuka's Island in order to host Enshrouded, for example, otherwise friends can't join me in Enshrouded.
If you're mainly interested in getting 100% achievements, I do recommend reading through said achievements before playing...I could've probably had them days ago, but spent my currency inefficiently.

BE ADVISED: THIS IS NOT A STANDARD IDLE GAME, this is a productivity booster (at least for me)
For me, it's exactly what I'm looking for. Just something to check in on and look at and provide me with soft lofi and nature sounds while I'm being productive with college coursework. It isn't here to be highly interactive, just something you can put off to the corner of your screen or second monitor and let the frog guy do it's thing.
I know it seems counterintuitive, but the amount of wasted time I would otherwise spend looking at my phone or pulling up a different, more attention grabbing game or youtube video far outweighs the amount of time I look at the frog cutting grass. It's like a quiet reminder when your brain looks around for something else to do or distract itself with that Ropuka is still out there cutting grass, taking a nap, and then going right back to cutting grass. It's a perfect balance. Interesting enough to grab your attention when it wanders, not interesting enough to hold it for more than 30 seconds. Perfectly calming yet with the undertones to motivate you to do the things you set out to do.
