I've always wanted a game like this man I LOVE everything about this!! I love the vibe of being a witch with a sassy familiar having to run a shop, this game is super cute and real fun for me personally and I've only played for a little while! I very much recommend to anyone wanting a cozy shop simulator game!

This is such a cute game! The music and art is fantastic, and the mechanics are easy to learn.
I will say that it does lack a story, and you don't get to know the other characters in-depth. The gameplay is more focused on the processes of running the shop, fulfilling witchy orders, and gradually getting upgrades that make it all run smoother.
I was able to 'complete' the game in about 5 hours on standard mode, so it's not a beefy game by any means. But it's fun and relaxing, and completing the achievements has kept me coming back.

Okay so I'm going to start this out by saying I love this game and I really really recommend it for anyone who likes cozy sim games.
But I will also say the gameplay does get stale after a while, and I found myself just grinding to be able to 100% and reach max hearts with all the witches. I feel like everything else in the game was at a good pace, it was just getting those last few witches to show up that became a slight pain.
But with the negativity out of the way, I seriously LOVE the design of the game. All of the aspects of the design are perfect- I love the witches you get to befriend, and the craft-able potions/wands are gorgeous and unique. It feels nice when you finally max out some of the witches' friendship level, you can speed through some of the crafting and make the selling part of the game really fun and hectic. But, if you don't like hectic the game doesn't punish you for denying some orders, so if that's more your speed there's that!
So all in all, this game has a really good foundation and could have benefited from just a bit more fleshing out on the pacing- perhaps the character dialogue being more in depth to keep up motivation, or the minigames having just a bit more variety somehow. I loved 90% of the time I played this game, so good job devs!

I bought this alongside Cats & Cups and quite frankly they're basically the same story. Serve customers, make things and restock ingredients during your down time, unlock new things etc... Unfortunately Cats&Cups was just more in depth while still being the same style so I'd recommend that over this.

Although I really love a lot about the game, there are some bugs and gameplay issues that would need to be addressed before I could suggest anyone buy the game. Potion making is a problem in particular. It does not always work in the first place, with the spoon picking up and setting back down or just freezing, and even when it is working properly the mechanic seems flawed and a little busted gameplay-wise. I in the forums that it wasn't a unique issue to me, but I add that peronally have an erganomic mouse that makes the mini-game even more busted and saw another chronic pain player bringing up potion making as an issue. It makes my do not reccomend extra heavy for other gamers with disabilities.

I purhcased this game based on the reviews and was really disappointed. I played for around 3 hours but grew bored of the game. While I enjoy a cozy game, I just thought this game was just a bit too simple and repetitive. Would not recommend.

Witchy Business is exactly the kind of cozy game I was looking for ♡ Running a magical little shop, crafting potions, cleansing cursed objects, and much more made for a relaxing gameplay loop that never felt stressful. I enjoyed how each day gave me something to work towards, from earning money and unlocking upgrades to building relationships with the characters around town.
The art style is adorable and having a little cat keeping me company every day made the experience even cuter. The progression felt rewarding too, with each upgrade making the shop more enjoyable to manage, and the mechanics are simple to learn while still being engaging enough to keep you hooked.
On another note, I just wanted to say that as someone who’s AuDHD, I was really happy to see an “ADHD/Autism filter” in the settings. It’s not something I usually come across, and it honestly made me feel seen as a player. Little touches like that show just how much care and thought went into making the experience comfortable for everyone.
If cozy games are your thing, Witchy Business is an easy recommendation. It's charming, relaxing and filled with the kind of magic that makes you lose track of time. I had a lovely time with it and would happily recommend it (˶ ˃ ᵕ ˂˶)/ 🪄⋆˖⁺‧🐈⬛
