As a PES player, I have to say this game feels much more vibrant than those F2P games.
Manager Mode (Master League)
Player Career (Become a Legend)
These are the two modes I’ve finally been able to experience again in this game. Fortunately, I’ve had a positive impression of it, at least as of the time of writing this review.

great game, only thing i think's bad about this game is the player career mode transfer system, the old one felt much much better with clubs coming to you and you being able to add urself to the transfer system so, if a ea employee is seeing this please consider bringing back the old transfer system, nobody likes it.

I can't even tell you whether the game is good or not, because despite exceeding the minimum system requirements, the game runs like ♥♥♥♥, 5-10 fps the instant I hop into a game and many other people also seem to have this problem, so if you are planning on buying and have a low end system, then perhaps reconsider and check this forum.

The insane discount made me buy it. Nostalgic af, puts FIFA 14 on a higher pedestal than before. While it's not the same sort of game it used to be before, it is hella fun. Awakens the jesting trashtalker in you regardless of who you're playing against. 8/10 would recommend (only if on sale)

I played the game on a GTX 1650 4GB, and the performance was extremely disappointing. The game starts off reasonably well, running at around 60 FPS, but after the first half, the frame rate drops dramatically to as low as 5 FPS. Once this happens, the game becomes practically unplayable, with severe stuttering and input lag.
If you're using a 4GB graphics card like the GTX 1650, I would strongly advise against buying or playing this title until the developers address the optimization issues. The VRAM usage appears to be poorly managed, causing performance to degrade over time rather than remain consistent throughout a match.
For players with similar hardware, you're honestly better off sticking with FIFA 19 or other older FIFA titles, which provide a much smoother and more enjoyable experience on mid-range systems.
Pros:
Decent visuals and performance at the start.
Gameplay feels fine when FPS is stable.
Cons:
Massive FPS drops during longer play sessions.
Performance falls from 60 FPS to around 5 FPS.
Unplayable on 4GB GPUs like the GTX 1650.
Poor optimization and possible VRAM management issues.
Verdict: 2/10 – Not recommended for GTX 1650 4GB users. Until optimization improves, FIFA 19 offers a far better experience on this hardware.

Downhill every year.
Worst gameplay where there is no football being played. Just defensive AI clusterfest and counter attack L1 pass spam goals. There's no way to play football in this game. You got a Cruyff card? Nice but will you be able to play differently? NO. Same counter attack L1 pass spam goals. You got a Pele card? great! But will you be able to play differently? NO. Again same L1 pass spam counter goals. It's the same gameplay doesn't matter what cards you get.
Playstyles have made your cards to play a certain way and it doesn't let you use players differently either. They are fixed to the way the playstyles that they have to a point that stats had stopped being relevant. Even if you want to play a different style thecards and gameplay won't let you because the defensive AI overpowers everything in this game.
Every week there are so many cards being released but if you want to get the TOP cards or players you have to go to the store to spend real money because the best packs started moving to the store. Nothing against female players but somehow a small tiny female player is pushing off a giant and peak defender like Van Dijk? What's happening there?
The gameplay is going downhill year after year, EA are making bad decisions year after year. Content creators have ruined the game more because they'll make faces opening packs from the store with real money so EA just keeps pushing store packs and put minimal effort for gameplay.
GTA 6 is releasing this year so many people will forget this ♥♥♥♥ game at release and many including me have started playing efootball which also has probelms of it's own and on the ball player movement is very slow but man you can actually play some good football there. It's heavily P2W but there's actual scope of playing decent football gameplay so that game just helps with my itch for some football
If you are still stuck in this game and actually hate this game then just let go of this game. It's not worth it. EA won't do ♥♥♥♥.

★☆☆☆☆
I am extremely disappointed with EA Sports FC 26.
The biggest issue is that every time I try to launch the game, I'm immediately greeted with a DLC advertisement on the startup page. Instead of being able to jump into a game that I already paid for, I'm being pushed toward additional content before I can even play.
What's worse is that FC 26 won't properly start for me. The game either gets stuck, fails to launch, or refuses to get past the startup process. Many players have reported launch and startup issues with FC 26, making the experience frustrating before you even reach the main menu.
The most frustrating part is the refund situation. I can no longer get a refund because I already claimed the content associated with my purchase. Now I'm stuck with a game that I can't play and can't return.
A game should work before developers start advertising extra content. Being locked out of playing while being shown DLC promotions is a terrible customer experience.
I expected a finished product, but instead I got launch issues, unwanted DLC advertisements, and no way to get my money back. I cannot recommend EA Sports FC 26 in its current state.

Just wanted to kick a ball around. How hard can it be?
Won't recommend the game on PC because the EA launcher can go to the place where the sun doesn't shine. One day, everything's working perfectly, the other day you're fighting against port 3216, flushing your DNS settings or reinstalling the game just to get it to load up. Also, why does it randomly open itself up when I'm not doing anything remotely related to EA games? Be gone!
I also once got kicked out of an online match I was winning due to the anti-cheat. No idea what triggered it, I didn't install any mods or anything. Now I find myself silently worrying in online matches if I'm going to get kicked out.
Honestly, if you're like me and you don't particularly care for the 1283127987 different game modes and just wanna play competition or online, just get it on console if you can. You don't even need to get the 26 version unless you care about the accuracy of your favorite teams.
I'll probably continue playing this game from time to time, but that's just because when it runs, it runs, and I paid money for it. Not gonna let it go to waste.

If you're purchasing for the World Cup, DO NOT BUY.
The World Cup mode is not customised, it's basically a normal FIFA overlay.
They do not have all the squads and they literally make up some of the teams.
Teams like Algeria, they don't have the rights, so players like Mahrez are not included.
Requested a refund. Joke of a game, company, legacy. Shame on EA.
