As an artist, I'm a big fan of idle games, or little games with some interactivity that isn't demanded after a period of time. I've had Maltese's Fluffy Onsen running while I work on commissions and ArtFight and it's been a nice relaxing little break between my tasks ^^
It's got a cute aesthetic, a very easy to learn series of menus, and there's a lot of replayability without getting too dull (you can unlock new items by clearing/finishing areas). I'm hoping to 100% it soon! I highly recommend if you're looking for something cute on the side to play while working.

This game is like a daily dose of joy—dopamine! Once you hit the next stage, it starts to feel a bit like déjà vu. Thankfully, the extra items they throw in are a nice touch. Still, where’s the neighbourhood drama? Letters, exclusive items, gachapons, random visits to the Onsen, and some quirky side stories to spice things up! Oh, and a Matsuri street festival? Please!! Also, can we get an international dog and cat day? Imagine a dog sipping coffee while a cat make a pancake cornet out of a machine. More clothes, items, plants, walls and tiles, more nature backgrounds. I’m sticking around, though, because watching these adorable little characters run across my taskbar is my new favourite hobby!!!!!!!!!

This game is so amazing! I love the character designs, the game play loop is addictive and fun. Decorating your spa, hitting goals and seeing all the cute animals enjoy the amenities all while I work is the best part of this game.

Cute Idler and plenty to do for a good amount of time. Took me about 126 hours to 100%. One of the best on the market in this genre. Worth trying if you like idle games!

Happy to play an idle game based on DOGS. I love cats, but they're the focus of so many casual idle games... Good to get some doggy rep in there too!
This game is based on Moonlab's character Maltese, and the adorable world they live in. I love Maltese's content and blindboxes/merch, so this was a obvious buy from me. I wish there was more furniture/floors/wallpaper, since all of your bathhouses across locations start to feel the same after a while... Especially since you can't actually rotate most of the furniture. Still, it's a good value for $6. Ended up playing it for longer than I thought I would, and I'll be back for the Summer DLC.

8/10: This game was fun. But after finishing it, I felt unsatisfied and I’m not sure why. It's probably because the early and late gameplay are basically the same, even though there's a ton of items and content. It just doesn’t feel rewarding enough. You’re doing various tasks to reach the highest goals, but it doesn’t really feel like meaningful progress.
Overall, it’s a great game for AFK gaming, and the achievements are easy if you’re a completionist. I liked the feature where you need to have a "friend" on steam who also plays the game, and you connect with them using the in game computer item to get a unique visitor. Cool gimmick!
I also encountered a bug in my save file where I wasn’t receiving a certain achievement. The developer addressed it quickly and released a fix which I really appreciated.
