if you're at all interested in playing at the intersection where hard-boiled meets dark and creepy, good ol' ray could use your help with a murder mystery. i've just started playing through this point-and-click adventure, and it's got all the right pieces to be a moody pit filled with nightmare fuel. i'm already a fan -- yes, please. gimme more.

I'm a sucker for period atmosphere, and the 40s / 50s detective vibe hits spot on. The animation and art really helps to give this game a unique feel, which is what I look for when a game tells a story as much as the player's interaction guides the narrator through the game. Still playing through it, but already enjoying it, and trying to work through the puzzles without looking at spoilers.
