Its fun but it's definitely still early access. I've reached a point an hour in where I'm just... sitting waiting for the garbage truck to come. The tutorial had me buy one of the containers (which, apparently don't contain anywhere near what you pay for them so what's the point?) rather than the smelter so now I have to try to build enough money up for the actual useful too.
Pretty disappointed in it.

This is a very fun game you can play it fast paced or take your time its up to you. As for the dev team they are great I had an issue after the first update and they worked with me for over a week to find out what the problem was then when they figured it out they fixed the problem right away on they next update. So go ahead and get the game and enjoy it like I do

Trash Man Simulator.
Because picking up trash in the suburbs is the only thing worth doing in this game.
A poorly balanced gameplay loop stretched over an over expensive skill tree with a quest line that goes nowhere. The interesting aspects of the game are ether not monetarily viable or set to a 5/10 minute time like an idle game so I kept finding myself tacking the truck in game and loading it with bags of trash to take to the incinerator as the only decent and time effective way to earn money to unlock parts of the skill tree for it still to remain the best option. What a waste of potential.
Go ship graveyard simulator 2 instead. and if you beat that the Deconstruction simulator demo has a better game loop and is free.

I actually really like this game. There is so many things to do actually. The fact that you can find all kinds of parts for cars and then put it together and sell it at the market is pretty cool. There is so many upgrades to grind for which is some good QOL and something to look forward to. After you clean your junkyard you can go to one of the maps (i recommend shelling out the 500 for the junkyard map) you make your money back like its nothing and there is sooo munch junk to go through. The only negative I could say is two things, the music is dreadful, I had to turn the audio all the way down XD and where the storage is is a bit frustrating trying to put put together cars in it. Other than that I think this game really is a gem, and I hope the DEVS continue making improvements and adding on!

Junkyard Builder is a fun simulator game with a little grind to continue the progress. This game has been developed well to where everything flows together and the progress is easy to achieve as you go further into the game. The only negative is that there needs to be more different types of items and projects added to the game to provide more immersion and challenge however since this is an early access game this should eventually evolve further.
The Dev is highly engaged in the forums and is readily answering most questions as they surface. It will be neat to experience how much this game develops over time.
