Not really sure what to make of this, it seems to be an amalgamation of a couple idle ideas I've seen before. is it fun? Not particularly, especially when there's a price tag attached. The game cycle is buying the incrementals, buying more wheel spikes and throwing parameters(?) which don't get reset, then prestiging.
