I enjoy being commissioner and simming. Much quicker than simming a Madden franchise.

Top Sim series in general. League Commissioners can host online leagues really well.

This review is based on my overall experience with DDSPF games. If you are a big fan of sports management games and would like to be a general manager of American football team then look no further. The game is fully customized it lets you take over an existing NFL team or you can create your own team. You can also create your own football universe in Sandbox mode and act as commissioner. Add your own logos, player photos, edit names & teams etc. The best part of the game for me though is Multiplayer option. Once you try it then you don't go back. It sucks you in. You compete against other human GMs. Discord channel helps you execute trades, participate in a draft, game recaps and talk smack with other managers. Online leagues have their own html site which you'll find yourself keep checking out on the go during your working hours in case some trade idea might come up:) Getting started in online league might be a bit overwhelming at first but you can always ask your AI coaches to setup gameplans and playbooks for you until you get more familiar with it. Also for me one of the best feature is that you can watch your game plan unfold in 2D view. I feel like this aspect of the game is underappreciated by many GMs who just prefer instant result and we are lucky to have this feature because after starring at numbers and letters for hours you want some visual reward. The 2d view is good enough to give you an idea of what happened on field. Worth noting is that developers of the game are pretty active on forums and discord channel so if you have some questions or feedback on the game they will listen and help you out.
So don't hesitate and get the game today. Demo won't do the justice for Multiplayer league so if you are planning on getting online experience then get the full game. There is about 5 reputable online leagues that I know and some of them are looking for new GMs. You could be the next one...
