This game is so cute and very rewarding. Highly enjoy the subplots and decoration options. Think Stardew meets Tiny Book Shop!

Love the art style and the managing a bookstore part of it. Sometimes it can feel stressful with managing space, money, and inventory. But I just remind myself that I can relax and doing certain tasks pauses the game. Which I very much appreciate. An overall very well-rounded and cozy game.

A small, pretty cute and relaxing game where you sell books and get an idea to write your own book, which you can also sell. Outside of the bookstore you can talk to a few people and get to know their story, which was nice, especially since to some you can relate. On other note, the game is pretty repetitive and it does have some bugs. Playing with controller some actions are bound to the same key bind so it got a little hard to interact with stuff. Overall, I would recommend this game if you´re looking for something short, chill and themed around books, but I would wait for sale.

This game is super cute and relaxing to play. There is many items to decorate your own bookstore with, and i love that your character can write and publish their own books.

I really enjoy playing this! It's very cozy, the side story is interesting if not a little less involved than I'd like, but the decoration is fun and I like that you can unlock more genre-specific decor as you go. I think it has a lot of potential to grow through DLCs though. For example, it could be fun to add a small cafe to your bookshop and you have to go to the bakery and grocery store that are already built in next door to get supplies, or expand the bookshop so you live above it giving more options for decorating an apartment. One thing that I think could be worked on is the direction signs and zoombas. I've found no matter where I place the zoombas they all go to the same "mess" to clean it up even if there are multiple messes. Having a specified area they can roam in that you're able to see when you place them would be nice, which would also be good for the direction signs since it says that customers can use them if they're close enough to them, but how close is close? I also wish we could continue to customize our character past creation, there are so many fun options and I didn't realize I'd be stuck with the same design (unless there is a way to change our character's look and I haven't found it? in which case maybe add it to the main menu or somewhere easy to find) Overall it's a cozy and cute game!

I am greatly enjoying this game! It's really simple, but sometimes simple is good. The design options are limited, but for someone who struggles to design things, that's perfect. And there is some stories happening in the background if you want to go looking for them. I recommend this game if you want a basic book store management game with a cute look and simple game play

Loved the game! Nothing better than designing your own bookshop! And the cute discussions you can have Hoping in the future maybe we can hire an employee to help stack the shelves :/

A simple and straightforward game, but still cute and cozy! Good to play for a week/weekend if you're looking for something to do. The characters' stories were enjoyable as well.

Reviewed version 1.1.3. Completed the game by unlocking all the items/upgrades and finishing talking to the side characters. Was mainly fun and relaxing, except for the bugs, poor controller support, and air of incompleteness to the game. It seems like the developer/s put a lot of love and effort into this game and patched things up after the initial release, but even now it feels like a beta version. I found the advertising mechanism annoying (would've preferred to spend in-game money on this). Moreover, there wasn't really any logic to which books customers prefer to buy on a given day or any (notable) reward to putting books of the same genre together, apart from aesthetics. That being said, the decorating aspect was fun. The game has potential but unfortunately currently doesn't pass the threshold for me to recommend to others, which is sad!

There's basically nothing to this game. It looks like a great concept, but the execution falls flat. I've played other shopkeeping games that have some actual progression to them, but this one, you just seem to be trying to unlock furniture. It's very, very boring. You can't even rotate furniture. NPCs get stuck on things constantly. It just needs more development to utilize a great concept. It feels like an early access rather than a complete game.
