Alien Shooter is a blast from the past — a game that felt absolutely awesome back in the day. Endless alien hordes, massive explosions, tons of guns, and rivers of gore made it a true legend of the early 2000s.
It delivered simple but addictive fun: you jump in and destroy everything in sight. No deep storylines, no moral dilemmas — just you, your arsenal, and wave after wave of aliens. The soundtrack hits hard, the pace is intense, and even now, it’s surprisingly enjoyable if you embrace the old-school charm.
Of course, by modern standards, Alien Shooter is pure retro. The graphics are basic, the gameplay is repetitive, but that’s part of what makes it so special. It’s the kind of game many of us played after school on older PCs, losing hours in mindless — yet satisfying — chaos.
Pros:
✔ A true classic of its time
✔ Fast-paced, addictive gameplay
✔ Pure nostalgic fun
✔ Great soundtrack and energy
Cons:
➖ Repetitive by today’s standards
➖ Paper-thin story (if any)
➖ Definitely feels like retro now — not for everyone
Score: 7.5/10 — A game that’s become a piece of gaming history. A retro shooter that still holds up thanks to its simplicity, energy, and charm. If you played it years ago — get ready for a wave of nostalgia.

A childhood game that I played with a friend a long time ago when I was visiting him. A pretty cool shooter, although in my opinion there are too many enemies in this game even on easy difficulty. I would also like to note that the game has achievements, which is good on the one hand, but on the other hand they are highly dependent on grinding.
