Not the best DLC, if you search for new units.... but here me out, even if I didn´t vote for this dlc, the divisions in this are super strong.
The Commonwealth division is a very good Firefly division in terms of AT capability and surprisingly Infantry and CQC capability. It has brazilian buttload of access to the best Commonwealth Long Range AT options and a very good Air tab.
The german division is also very strong in all those categorys, except the Air tab, but compensates this with a very strong AA and Arty tab.

For Eugen System's definition: The B ratting division effective in BOTH ATTACK AND DEFENSE.
Now please tell me with out 2000m HE straight fire to silence the AT, with out heavy artillery to knock out the AA, How can 43rd Infantry play its role as a B rating division? Even some C ratting divisions like Festung Dunkirchen is much better than 43rd infantry. I was looking forward to it, but after waiting for almost half a year, I got this piece of sh*t DLC

Both divisions are interesting to play. For 5€ you can't go wrong. I would buy other DLCs before this one, though. The two divisions are rather vanilla in their play-style. So if you want to really expand your division-folder, get other DLCs first.

A lot of people are complaining that the British/Dutch division is bland and boring, but I found a lot of fun with it. It's a little bit lopsided one with way too many infantry options, but it can generate an ungodly amount of artillery. Playing the British 43rd requires a little bit more synchronisation between your units. Admittedly, you can find everything in other divisions, but it's still a fun one.
5 euro is not a bad price for 2 new divisions, but I would like to see more maps.

Edit: After playing with the divisions more, while I've found myself enjoying Kampfgruppe Walther, the 43rd is just so uninteresting to play I have to give this a negative review. It really doesn't stand out even with the Dutch infantry and Polish paratroopers and I can't really find a reason to play this over other British/Commonwealth battlegroups unless you want Dutch voice lines.
I'm giving this a positive review but mainly just for the German Division. If you already have most of the Nemesis divisions and mainly play Axis then probably get this but if you don't own many Nemesis divisions or mainly play Allies probably don't get this yet (and wait for a sale).
The 43rd (Wessex) Infantry doesn't bring much new outside of infantry and reskins. From what I can tell, the Dutch get new unique squads but they're not too different from what the British already have. The Polish paratroopers are pretty similar to the British ones but have their Brens swapped out for MG-42s and a new leader that uses captured equipment as well as a paratrooper squad with a flamethrower. There's also a new Dutch resistance squad (BS GIBS) that use a mix of captured equipment but that's it for new stuff really. The rest is mainly just reskins/Dutch speaking units for new stuff with it otherwise being a pretty boring and generic division. It's not "bad' in the sense it won't hold its own and do well but I don't see much reason to play it over other British Divisions unless you want to hear Dutch or Polish voice lines for a very few units.
Kampfgruppe Walther however I found to be pretty fun and interesting with quite a bit of new content. Unlike the 43rd there's a bit too much to mention but the battlegroup mainly focuses around the Drillinge with 3 options (1 new and 1 semi-new), Panzer IV/70 as well as including some Jagdpanthers and a mix of good infantry and SDFKZ 251 options (except for transport funnily). It does lack a bit in tanks and recon but its not too bad and you have other stuff to make up for it (again the Panzer IV/70s and a card of recon AR 234s). Idk if it's "meta" but it's still fun and unique enough to play and can still hold its own pretty well.
Overall neither offer a great amount of new content compared to some other options (probably ~10 actual new untis overall and maybe a bit more if you include reskins) but Kampfgruppe Walther does give it some good reason to buy it I think.

It's a great DLC, both factions have very powerful and interesting unit choices. The allied div gets a ton of light howitzers, amazing air, great inf, tanks, and recon. Axis div is quite exotic with many powerful units but in a smaller quantity. Haven't put enough time in, but for $4.99 it's a great deal. The game has received a major patch which has reworked many units making divisions once not played actually playable and I'm seeing battles play out differently especially in 10v10, the power creep for allied western divs felt very much real but feels less prevalent now - so matches are lasting a bit longer which is nice.
