Definitely an improvement over the first Bejeweled, but still quite bare bones. Still essentially just a match 3 game with few modes and no interesting elements beyond music.

The DOOM of match-3 games.
There was a set-top box version!
Still, I remember when this was first released, and I was just amazed.
These days, I don't like the bubble aesthetic of, like, say, the selection reticule.
Let alone some of the extra modes annoyed me, especially to unlock the extra mode tied to Endless.
At least this one also hid the first game's rules behind a cheat; hovering over the mode buttons clockwise a few times.
And it's all still about the demoscene music that Peter put out, even to this day.
