This is genuinely a good game for the price.
Crushing enemies with the a mech is fun, but not overpowered as you can lose it running into a firestorm, encouraging you to fight with small arms. Shooting in first person is much easier but the default is third with k being default to switch. Picking up criminals and throwing them into environmental hazards like garbage trucks is also cool. Saving the babes is appreciated. There are also multiple soundtracks to choose from as well with the y2k main menu theme living in my head. Any complaints I would have apply to a more expensive game, but at 2 dollars it's extremely good.

Big step up from Carnal with regard to level design and pace. Really fun to mow down bad guys in a hovercar.
The messageboard humor is hit or miss but it's mostly background noise.
Absolute steal for this price. Another project that clearly had a lot of care put into it.

Again Steam fails to let me make an objective review because I really didn't want to give it thumbs-down.
It's interesting how good this game showed us how bad the games were back in the days if we ignore this noslagia feeling. So crazy that I liked the visuals, sounds, guns, surroundings, literally everything since the moment I started the first mission but after finishing it, I understand that I will never play it again because it is 100% boring gameplay due to its repetitiveness. You just run and shoot and then once again you run and shoot.

For the price and especially the sale price of basically free, yes. Feels a bit half-baked sometimes, especially when some weapons have a broken ammo counter. But it does have that glorious B-movie Robocop energy, so if you're into that, go for it. It's a fun distraction for 30-45 mins. I would mention quite a lot of complaints, such as the inability to change mouse sensitivity, but... the price.
Four choices of soundtrack is cool but also gives the impression that the dev didn't have a clear vision.
