There are some issues with the text at the start, letters missing, and mistakes like that. The game itself is ok, not anything special, the only parts I enjoy is where I try to predict a jumpscare at some obvious places and times and the game does it 2 seconds later when I no longer expect it, so its very good in that aspect of the game. Can't find the last collectible item though, gone through both endings, the false one was not completely thought out, because you literally have to do nothing except activate the checkpoints, kinda a waste of time, so stuck on 9/10 achievements and theres no guides or whatever from these proud guys who did get it.

The gameplay is engaging, offering a fresh take on the genre by confining players to a single location where they confront supernatural phenomena, much like titles such as The Mortuary Assistant or Graveyard Shift. This emerging style of horror, focusing on one setting, has potential to captivate if executed well, and From The Other Side shows promise in this regard. However, the game stumbles in a few key areas. The music, while atmospheric, becomes repetitive, detracting from the tension. The door control system is a significant frustration clunky and cumbersome, it feels outdated and disrupts the flow of exploration. Additionally, the autosave system is confusing, leaving players uncertain about their progress, which can break immersion. Though intriguing and visually appealing, the game’s pacing and mechanics limit its replayability, making it difficult to enjoy for more than a couple of hours at a time. While I haven’t completed From The Other Side yet, it’s a solid entry in the Psychological Horror genre with unique elements, but its flaws hold it back from being a standout. If you’re a fan of atmospheric horror and don’t mind some repetitive gameplay, it’s worth a try just don’t expect a flawless experience. Pros: Stunning graphics, intriguing premise, fresh single-location horror concept. Cons: Repetitive music, clunky door mechanics, confusing autosave system, limited replayability. Verdict: A visually impressive but flawed Psychological Horror experience that’s engaging in short bursts. The game is around 1.5 hours long, and it is not bad for the price

Maybe the plot and the creepiness are good, but the speed at which the character moves is way too high, it ends up making you feel dizzy. The game should have a calibration option for this, because not all people can handle too fast movements. At the end I only played 10 min because of this.
