do not buy this
it's RNG is broken and you'll die on a 1/6 chance more often than it should be
the 3d models are terrible and the animation timing makes it annoying to play and gross to look at it
it's not worth it to have it in your steam library and it's surely enough not worth your money
don't buy this

7.5/10. TL;DR, This is essentially just an improved version of an already unique, disturbing, and fun flash game from back in the day.
There are some kinks to work out though, remembering that this is a product of it's time so isn't as polished as other russian roulette games..
1: The "Iron Orange" mode is pretty irritating to play, and not for the right reasons. you always get booted back to the menu when you die on top of the fact you can't skip the cutscenes. i don't know if this was in the original flash game, but if it was, it should've been removed from this version. i hate having to wait for the menu intro and the same cutscenes over and over again.
2: The visuals. the overall orange models look pretty good, and the minimalistic modelling reminds me a lot of those old indie horror games people like markiplier used to play. so the visuals don't need any big renovations in my opinion since they compliment the game's charm. but the oranges' faces being just 2d images slapped onto their heads look kind of odd in my opinion. even if they would look more uncanny as 3d models, i still feel like there are ways the faces could be applied on a lot better.
3: The music. more of a missed opportunity than a kink. i think (bars) the music accompanying the menu and gameplay is good and fits the overall atmosphere. BUT. i do wish we could've gotten a remake of the soundtrack or a quality upgrade. maybe even more than one track depending on the chosen ingame background? i dunno. it doesn't have to happen, but i'd love to see something like that.
4: Multiplayer. people are still gonna choose buckshot roulette over this any day unfortunately, but for the weirdos like me who enjoyed and missed the good 'ole days, multiplayer will definitely make it more worthwhile and a lot more replayable. (not to say the given modes and extra features already don't make it replayable)
With that aside..
Mikey, Loserville, thanks for making this a thing. enjoy my $3, and much love <3
