Its Mahjong Solitaire with an Ancient Egyptian background. Not much else to it.
The game has a fairly long adventure mode where you have to match a number of key-tiles to complete stages. You don't necessarily have to match all tiles to complete a stage, only the ones with keys on them. There are three difficulties that make the game more challenging by increasing the number of tiles that need to be matched. In adventure mode, each stage must be completed before a timer runs out or it will result in a loss of a life. Run out of lives and you have to start all over. There are also stand alone puzzles that can be completed casually without worry or for practice if you are new to Mahjong Solitaire.
The game should run out of the box but it will only be playable in windowed mode due to the game's locked resolution. You'll get used to it.
