Have you ever considered playing a game inspired by the 1980s? Limb Chopper is a title where the developer has attempted to create a detective-themed experience. -Open World: The open-world gameplay facilitates some amusing driving scenarios, where NPC vehicles can go off-road, instead of pathed on the road. If you leave your car running, it will eventually run out of fuel, and at the beginning of the game. You may discover that you are out of fuel, and jerrycans are scarce, especially since no gasoline is permitted at the station. The world indeed seems devoid of substance, evoking a sensation akin to a rushed construction following the process of story planning. -Gameplay: In terms of gameplay, the third-person first-person shooter introduces a degree of creativity, with minimal guidance on objectives (no excessive handholding, just sufficient information indicating the location of something, for example, south-southwest is where the dealer is located). -Story: The focus is more on action and atmosphere rather than on narrative. The storyline is adequate and fits the genre, but it takes a backseat to the mechanics and gore. You will not encounter profound storytelling or character development here; there is merely enough to propel you from one encounter to the next. Glitches: Pressing the escape key will cause the game to crash as soon as you start after the starting cutscene of any save. If you have VR installed, it will activate immediately, and you cannot skip the introductory cutscene. Additionally, you are unable to name your save files, and the save function does not actually save your progress, reminiscent having a ps1 while not having a PS1 memory card during your childhood while attempting to speedrun a game due to lack thereof a saving system. Pressing 'l' during the opening cutscene will return you to the main menu, cars will soar off the map like in The Jetsons, including yourself if they hit you, and the game appears to have been constructed using a map builder, so be careful as you navigate the environment! Although this game has a certain appeal to me, as a friend introduced it to me, which I have beaten the game, This game is likely to attract those who enjoy 80s slasher horror due to its cheesy dialogue, gore, and indie horror elements. The detective mechanics add an interesting layer to the game, but the developer must address the technical issues to enhance the overall experience. I will still provide a positive review, but be warned of the potential challenges you may encounter! I score this game 3 Stones out of 10 rock and stones.
