Why is this not a part of the main game? They are selling the baby piecemeal. The original level-cap is 99, this is one of the three paid level-cap increases purchased separately, each allowing 300 more levels, and not much else. Worse than that, these DLC are mutually requiremented, so if you get a level 300 dungeon DLC, you have to have level-cap increase DLC, which contains minor items for the DLC characters in turn. The DLCs that contain 999 level dungeons automatically require all three of these to be purchased.
