Wasn't really sure what to expect from this game, but I sure wasn't expecting another scrap looter. You start in a small outdoor area with a portal to the backrooms, a vending machine, a tube to dump your scrap into for money, and a dark matter holder.
Opening the level one portal takes 1 dark matter. You need dark matter to keep your reality Stabilized. The amount of dark matter needed to stabilize reality went up each time I died by 1. I have no idea what happens if you're in a group and die, I may be the only person on earth who has bought this game at the time of this review.
When you die in the back rooms ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶d̶i̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶r̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶l̶i̶f̶e̶ You respawn back in your outdoor starting area and you require one more dark matter to 'stabilize' your reality. When you run out of dark matter, several angry Dinosaur aliens beam around your base and scream at you for being a loser and then it immediately puts you back to level 1 and resets.
Graphics are pretty cool I guess. I'd give it a perfect score 5/7.
