This little DLC is packed full of goodies to help you get the upper hand. A big boost when starting a new game with a new character.
To get the best value for money, i suggest you buy the Lords of the Fallen Game of the Year Edition.

This DLC is small help in the beginning of the game. Gives extra 3 small runes and one point of magic. Always something but price is not adequate to its rewards.

Charging a lot of money for extra cards.
Sure, It could help you at the beginning.
But it's also a bit pointless to be honest.
The real value here is pretty much zero.
So, It's honestly not worth your money.
You can get that spell point rather fast.
And the sealed runes were everywhere.
It takes you like 20 minutes to get 'em.
Perhaps even less than that. It is quick.
This wasn't even a proper DLC content.
It is much more of a microtransaction.
And that is sad to see in such a game.
I just have to give it a negative review.

The three small runes are 100% worthless, you get so many of these things it's like being handed a couple generic herbs or minerals in any other RPG.
The magic point is better, since it'll help new players widen their magical selection a little, but for real that's not particularly amazing either, as there really isn't that many things in the game to spend magic points on, so most people just wont bother after they've gotten the two or three spells they care about.
Monopolizing Cheat Codes
I'M SICK OF THIS DESCRIPTION THAT MAKES THIS GAME SOUND LIKE A DECK BUILDER OR CARD GAME. THERE ARE NO CARDS IN THIS GAME. FUCK YOU.
Can you imagine if Gameshark was still around?
I wonder if this crap-tier DLC would've even been allowed to leave the factory floor if it were. I miss when all you had to do, to pay for a cheats, was to buy a single product, and the 3 digits of randomizing code would give you an endless amount of cheats, and new experiences. Good times.
Wake up
Wake up Jean. Covid? Candida Auris? Trump? Capitalism?
Bro you've been watching too much news with your parents. I just got a brand new Code Breaker for the Gamecube, we should see what secrets we can find in Metroid Prime. I hear they have a no clip cheat. My mom said she'll make us pizza pockets. And I got Pepsi blue at my house. Lords of the Fallen? What a stupid fucking name for a video game, come on, you gotta ask your parents if you can come over. You know they are going to tell you to walk the dog, and do all sorts of crap, by the time you get it all over with, it'll be like 7. You know they don't want us out when the street lights come on. So hurry up.
PAY ATTENTION I WAS WRITING A REVIEW
This fucking DLC you can't even buy more than once. What are trying to do, catch a minnow? Because you aren't catching a wale with that. It's so useless, you won't even use the runes. They don't help unless it's the only thing you got, and exploring will give you Large Runes, which is what you'll be using anyways. That is, if you actually end up using an armor or weapon that has rune slots.
Should you buy this DLC?
NO FUCKER
You should have told your parents the truth, they probably would have loved you either way.

This pack is super not important. It should not be purchased separately ever. It gives you one spell point, and 3 very common runes. If you play for more than 30 minutes (where a spell point would matter anyways) you've outpaced the DLC anyhow. It's not even a valid jump start pack because it's so useless. Especially for money.
