A bigger arsenal is always weapons, especially when you lead a one man Vs army of Demon war! This DLC offers new a new weapon for each of the three character classes.
To get the best value for money, i suggest you buy the Lords of the Fallen Game of the Year Edition.

Gotta give a big L to whoever bought this full price, it's a couple weapons, and they're all about as bad as the starting ones, so you'll use them for five minutes and drop them forever.

Wonderful despite the difficulty and the lack of a map, but unfortunately there is no Fast Travel and it will be lost in its world

Selling equipment for a single player game.
That's simply just wrong on so many levels.
Especially with a 'paid' game to begin with.
But hey, the design of it is somewhat nice.
Unfortunately, there's no reason to use it.
It was a bit weaker than your starting set.
This weak equipment is really redundant.
Even in a brand new game, It's pointless.
There literally isn't a reason to wear this.
Sure, they look cool and all, a nice pack.
I really liked the design of that hammer.
But other than that, It's a waste of cash.
These weapons are truly underpowered.
You will not use them after half an hour.
It's literally just for the beginning sector.
I absolutely do not recommend this DLC.

The weapons are easily replaced early on. Only worth it if you preordered and wanted nicer looking starter weapons.
Misleading preview
The images that the preview slideshow on this god forsaken store page, are completely misleading, the weapons in this pack are not actually shown in any of the images. You get a small glance in the little banner. But that's not very good, as the game images are either concept art or filtered heavily. So I guess I have to explain a couple bits of information.

Q: What's in this DLC

A: A bunch of low level weapons that you'll (depending on your build) stop using shortly after the first boss. Which is 2 feet from the start of the game.

Q: Do the weapons look cool?

A: I mean, if you like this games look, it looks like this game, nothing special, very spiky, very 2010 highschool drawing pad.

Q: Can you upgrade the weapons so that they can keep up with later weapons?

A: No, upgrades are not a thing, you are able to change a weapons element or increase its damage, or decrease it's energy useage; by putting ruins into empty sockets on the weapon, of which all 3 weapons have no slots.

Q: Okay but can you keep a weapons look as a skin/textures for other weapons?

A: Nope, can't even do that, so it's very unlikely that you will actually do anything with these after the first boss.

Q: Okay, but what about new players? Are any of the weapons worth it? What exactly do they do?

[th] When does it fall off? [/th]
Thehk
Successful hits drain magic.
First of all, this implies that the enemy can't cast spells, but they have enough magic it doesn't matter. And Limitbreaker isn't doing this game, thank ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ God. If you're a faith build this isn't the item you're going to be using to generate magic, as magic is something you generate naturally, and there is both a ring, spell, and several items that can do it for you, without you having to sacrifice Damage. So Second Boss or before, if you explored.

IHIR
Improved block defense when used with both hands
If you beat the first boss without taking damage, this weapon is immediately useless, because the boss weapon is better. Also right afterwords because better weapons are right around the corner, and you get shields to... block...with...

MARGYR
Consumes less Energy with dual wielding
After the 4th boss, or 3rd if you explored this weapon is no longer super useful. Problem is, you chose to do an agility (dex) build, which means you'll have the least amount of options to choose from, and you'll need to pour more stats into one option than any other to get the actually good dex weapons. Oh btw uninstall the game and slap yourself for CI Games, sense they hate you. And so do I
