For everyone having issues What I just did was, uncheck the box for Blackcell then fully close Steam. Reopen then rechecked box, clicked on it and selected "Play Now" from that page. When game opened, it displayed the whole black cell stuff and finally worked.

I purchased this product and so did a friend of mine due to a bug in game services so I purchased through steam. I would not recommend buying this product through steam and instead wait for in-game services to be fixed. Steam has little help with fixing this issue and you may end up wasting your money like I did. $30 dollars less today with no actual product in return.

You mfs, duplicate an item you can only get in game from 1 of the 2 that you put out? Double charge me for the same item, then not make it available for refund?
Issue the refund for those who didn't have access and needed to find a workaround. The only way I obtained it was the Vault edition purchase only AFTER I bought this. That's absolutely insane, then not even some COD points or something as compensation? Jesus Christ what an absolute trainwreck.
You know what you don't get even at the bare minimum?? No cod points, no skips, no items, nothing. You gave them $30 for nothing. You try reaching out to Activision? They tell you reach out to steam. Reach out to steam they tell you sorry, no refund. That's the worst part, neither one wants to take responsibility for the screw up.

Hey, for anyone having issues receiving their DLC in game after buying Black cell bundle, just go into BO6 properties settings on steam an (verify your integrity files). This WILL work, Your welcome :)

So I bought it without knowing I don't have to, because I own the Vault Edition. A refund is not possible after purchase. So I wasted 30€ on this and Steam does not give any advise that I don't need this Battlepass. Why is it possible to buy it when I don't need it? Very bad!

This genuinely is disappointing me. I'd been enjoying the game for about a week now, and I managed to prestige once and complete the Zombies easter eggs with a friend of mine, and thought I'd support it some more by buying the season pass. Unfortunately, they seem to have foreseen and are banking on human naivete, and are charging the full price of the vault edition upgrade for the BlackCell pass - which is included in the vault edition upgrade, making this a complete scam for the time of review. This is deeply frustrating, as I had previously been enjoying my first current release of a Call of Duty title in what is nearly a decade. I no idea why they are selling this as a separate item, or why Steam is allowing them to sell this as a separate item.
Were I to guess, it would be "to take advantage of people."

Still not received, plus they need to fix either the price or give us the vault upgrade at this amount. i was sure i was buying Vault upgrade. If i wanted only the BP i would have buy the CP for it and for cheaper.

To get this to work it's very simple,
Go to the game page in your library, click on the settings icon on the right side of the screen,
Click on the DLC tab then uninstall and reinstall the multiplayer option while making sure Blackcell is also checked.
This will automatically install the new Blackcell DLC into your multiplayer and work perfectly!
