Pros: Very relaxing and cute artwork. Great for winding down after 10hrs of wreckfest! Cons: I am in therapy after the mindless invasion and destruction of mouse village. The mice people did not deserve such evil descending upon their little village that they once called home. The nasty vikings plundered everything they had, poor things.. Perhaps a givesendgo fund can be setup to help them rebuild?

Having played every single FIND ALL game and DLC released as of 5/28/25, I can confirm this is the best game of the franchise. [h2]PROS[/h2] [list] [*][b]Difficulty & Length:[/b] This game (and the sequel FIND ALL 6) took me slightly over three hours to beat. For the DLC levels or earlier games in this franchise, you can easily clear the game under 30 minutes. This game has the best value for money at only $2. A lot of the time spent was me missing a single item for one of the three slotted items. Controversially, I like the fact the game has an achievement for not using hints because it makes me find the item I've been hunting for 20 minutes instead of just giving up and using a hint. [*][b]Colored Areas:[/b] All the games in this franchise do this, but coloring in a section when everything has been found is the best QOL feature for these hidden object games. [*] [b]Map System:[/b] I don't know why this was only used in a few games, but I really enjoyed each zone slowly opening as you find more stuff. For example, you may only have to find 100 items in a setting, but that will open up to a new, connected zone where you need to now find 250 things. It makes the game feel more alive and the concept was dropped for FIND ALL 6. [*][b]Theming:[/b] I find the themeing for this game a little more interesting than the location games (Japan, Travel, and Netherlands) [/list] [h2]CONS[/h2] [list] [*][b]Music:[/b] All these games only have a few tracks that will repeat, but most of the songs are inoffensive that it doesn't bother me. However, there's a track in this game that has a digeridoo, which is already a bad instrument to be subjected to, but in that track there's a section where the only sound is the digeridoo doing a single, terrible note for a full minute straight. I muted the sound after that and played my own music. [*]During the pillage scene, you can find a baby cat that's hiding under something. When found, it cries off and slowly crawls away. This was a pretty sad animation to add during a cartoony pillage sequence. [/list]

I absolutely, with no reservations, recommend this game. Have a little smoke, or a relaxing drink, and enjoy finding all the different things. It is without doubt one of the best games of the Hidden Object type I've ever played. Remember if you're looking for a certain object, oh say a candle, that they all won't look like the candle you are shown in the sample. As long as it's a candle, tall, short or in between, it counts. I will support this developer as long as they continue to produce the same high quality games as this one. High quality, fun and for 1.99 USA, it was a wonderful time spent over a couple of evenings. I have some vision issues, so I chose to spread it out over a few sessions, but that was my personal choice. You may want to do it all in one session. I'm looking forward to more games from this developer.

This one cranks up the challenge with densely packed, beautifully drawn scenes full of sneaky Viking-era trinkets. The setting is charming, the music fits the Norse vibes (for once I didn’t hit mute!), and the game rewards persistence with satisfying progress and relaxing ambiance. Hints recharge quickly, zoom is decent, and completed zones color in nicely. The game even gives you a nudge if you forget to open an object—lifesaver! There are quirks: interactive Vikings cause early chaos with too many moving parts, and sometimes 3 items = 1 while others don’t. Still, for hidden object fans wanting a real visual workout, this one’s a Norse-worthy hunt which lasts around 3 hours with a couple of hints used.
