Enter the Gungeon is a fantastic rogue-like. When you begin playing, the game feels very chaotic and unpredictable. It feels extremely challenging at first. As you play the game, however, you get better at it, to the point where you can predict enemy attack patterns well enough to complete bosses and levels without taking damage. If you are new to the game, it may seem like you won't get there, but you absolutely will and doing so will give you an enormous sense of accomplishment. In addition, the game features a vast array of different weapons and items, many of which are highly creative and unique. Some even feature really cool hidden synergies. The Gungeon also features many secrets as well as many extremely rare occurrences that will continue to surprise you even after dozens of hours of playing.

I've been playing Gungeon for almost a decade, and let me tell you: It's the best game. It's my favorite game. Buy it. Play it. You will absolutely be glad you did.

Its good enough that I really wish it was better, but I always find it falling short. There are some truly awful guns in the rotation, limited ways to limit rng, a stupid animation whenever you need to check what an item is, nowhere near enough visible stats on the guns, and the list just goes on.

I am bad at bullet hells, but got this game and kept trying it at the behest of friends. I'm well aware it's a skill issue on my part, but it's not my thing, which is a pity, because I could see the amount of work put into the game, and really wanted to like it... Well, c'est la vie.

It gets hard as sh*t but boy is it addictive, the vibes are legit with this game, I now understand why people love it

It's a steal at its current 90% sale. Everyone should play it. Easy to play, plenty of secrets. Im holding out hope for Enter the Gungeon 2

The game has great replayability even if you already beat it for first time, You still gotta do the other ending until you finally reach the true ending. Also that rat is annoying :(

Bought this for local coop (Steam Couch Co-Op Fest) but the implementation is very poor. Despite selecting KBM for P1 it will force to default (Controller for P1) anyways. Also P2 is fixed to one character only; you cannot play anything other than the cultist character. Interacting with tutorial guard also does nothing when in coop

No brainer at $1.49 on sale. The game play is addictive and fun - the controls are snappy and there are several moves to be aware of. Of course I can never remember them, so I run around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to stay alive. If you can remember them you'll play this game far better than me, and probably enjoy it more than I do, and I already enjoy it quite a lot! Also... I finally saw a message in the game that said "aim with your right stick", which turns the game into a twin-stick shooter and makes it so much easier to play!
