Surprised this is mixed, thought this was really well done. Even lore wise, Radjen is pretty cool.
It unlocks early on so you can complete it before finishing the game. I decided to clear it before going too too far into the main story, and I understand this it can be disorienting losing many of your movement/ability options.
It's heavy platforming with only access to dash/shadow step - challenging but a good kind of challenge. Limited health pool and amulets. One of the better bosses at the end too
I did it right after getting the sash move, so going back to no double jump/no super jump with the chakram was something to get used to again
I got the complete edition on sale for an extra 3$ compared to the price of the base game. If the DLC is on sale then I believe it's worth it. As long as you go to the DLC as soon as it's available then the loss of everything doesn't feel jarring. The difficulty isn't that bad presuming you can clear the Divine Trial. I cleared the first two Divine Trial sets as soon as they became available and then went to the DLC as soon as that became available. The final boss hits wide and fast and was quite imposing a first, but I looked up a video of a damage less clear of the final boss for help when I got stuck and that pretty much trivialized the fight. Overall the DLC is quite fun if you can clear the Divine Trial and you enter before you get more movement from the base game restricted.

I did not enjoy this DLC. It felt so disjointed compared to the rest of the game.
I completed this after finishing the base game and it felt like it was difficult for the sake of being difficult. It felt like there was nothing remotely this difficult in terms of platforming or boss fights in the base game, and so it just didn't work.
They removed powers from you to make it purposefully hard and add new platforming challenges, but this felt like you had to relearn the game again and scrap old muscle memory for abilities that are now disabled. What a terrible experience.
I wish I could say this was it's only failing, but I also hated the music, the new zone, the new enemies and the story as well. The ending was like rubbing salt in the wounds.
And as for the Ubisoft software, it made me want to tear my hair out. It made playing on the Steam Deck so difficult and frustrating as it would crash the software constantly, which although frustrating in the main game, I could look past it because of how amazing the main game was.
I only finished playing through the DLC for the achievements, otherwise I'd have quit. I can't recommend it even though I do consider the DLC to be fair value for money.

They took worst parts of original game and made it into DLC.
