I avidly love dating sims and this one is very sweet! I usually don't like super short paid sims, but this one had so much charm and heart it is definitely worth your time! The art is cute, fun, and definitely sold the comedy. The shirts are for sure some of my favorite parts of it as well! Remember, enjoy your dinner, there's enough for two ;)

I played the demo on itch.io before buying the game and was genuinely surprised by how it turned out. It was fun to play, the story was interesting and I love what Seung-min was wearing (the tshirts lol). The only thing I wish is that the game could be longer than it already is because it would be really cool to play through the days instead of skipping them, the player actually trying to find a job and such... And seeing Seung-mins room because the description of it seems to be something lmao. I love the game, 10/10; I hope the game will be continued :3

the devs cooked with love here (tee hee). this is probably obvious to others, but just in case--this is firmly in the cute/funny camp. don't play expecting doki doki. anyway, it got a few genuine chuckles out of me. i'm looking forward to what the devs do next.

I was just to play the demo like two hours ago and even with such a short demo this game catched my interest, i would definitely suggest it and the art is literal peak (i was blessed with every single piece of art especilly the little drawings at each endings in which i got every ending c: whoevers the artist u are awesum sauce) very silly and goofy on the other side, (with some of the dialogues and his random ass t shirts made me giggle, love it, need more games like ts fr, would recommend

Cute, short, sweet. The commentary was so on the nose that it was a little ugh-inducing at points (believe me, your intended audience already hates capitalism and the cops, you're preaching to the choir), and the memes and references age it pretty dramatically. But it still got some chuckles out of me and.. what can I say, that cannibal boy got rizz

I have so. *So* much to say about this game. All absolutely good things. It's incredible how great such a short game can be with some good writing, minigames, and wonderful art! Firstly, Seung-Min, the main character, is an utterly charming, endearing, overall interesting guy who absolutely takes the spotlight. I will admit, I was worried about him- many games like this which have only one main character and romanceable suffer because the character just isn't strong enough, but that isn't the case here at all. I love love love how the game doesn't just use the whole cannibalism thing as a shocking twist or quirky character trait, but actually explores how and why someone like Seung-Min would come to have such a lifestyle, the morality of it, his justification. Another folly that MS!HM avoids- not just handing out eccentricities for the sake of having something different. He's such a great character that I'd absolutely throw my money at a dlc or expanded version of the game. There's also another character in the game which i wont touch on too much for spoiler reasons, buttt, she's great too. Like, i'm kinda obsessed with her endings shes pretty interesting and I wanna know more about her! Then, the artwork. Seung-Min (and the other characters that pop up) is wonderfully drawn and fully rendered in every scene. A lot of care was put into the sprites and overall aesthetic of the game, as while the backgrounds aren't rendered like the spirtes, they're cute and charming without taking away from the focus, the writing and characters. Every asset was drawn and designed with thought. The save and load buttons, the icon for the game, the minigames, the fonts, everything. It's clear a lot of care was put into making the game polished and clean. I was surprised by how great everything looks! MS!HM, while a visual novel, also has a few minigames! They aren't like, super gamey, however, I give points for having something different anyways! Not a lot of visual novels (especially ones made in renpy) will have alternate means of storytelling or ways to break up dialogue. For example, instead of just having dialogue about how youve cooked a meal, you get to actually do a lil minigame where you cook! It's really cute and they didn't have to make these little moments, but they add to the game. Ok so, the writing! I haven't talked yet about how funny the game is! It's a horror romance, sure, but it's comedy is a big part of it's identity. It doesn't take itself all too seriously, yknow? MC's inner dialogue, the narration, it's all got a silly loose writing style which easily flows into more emotional and sincere moments. The game has a very distinct personable voice. Also, I'm not big on reference humor, but seeing a cannibal cafe reference (iykyk) had my jaw on the floor, like. These guys clearly know their, err, cannibal lore, lol. Mentioned it before too but the exploration of morality is neat. For the length of the game it's pretty well done and thought provoking. Also really interesting how MC and Seung-Min are like, narrative parallels in a way. How capitalism has effected both in different yet similar ways,. How MC (and in turn the player) come to somewhat sympathize with him and his circumstances. Yeah, it's good. The endings too, ah the endings... You got the silly endings, the completely unexpected, the cute romantic ones, and of course, the disturbing horror ones, all of which are great and I love them all. They're super fun to go through and get, but not super convoluted to figure out how to get to where it's annoying. Many such cases of dating sims having endings that are impossible to get. Hrrrmmm ok I've probably written enough. Um, buy game! Game good! Support the creators and their future endeavors! I heard they got some other things cooking and I'm so hyped for that cause if it's anywhere near MS!HM's quality I will be first in line ughnnn love yummy men men men mennnnnn i loveeeee mennnnnn

the t shirts are the best part of the game. in the span of 30 minutes, this man made me simp so hard I quickly backtracked on the boundaries i set myself. i definitely got rizzed. 10/10 w game
