Everything leading up to the end of the game was great! The ending wasn't very good, but the atmosphere and the timing of some of the scares was solid and I love the heart beat sensor as you approached key items definitely gave a sense of dread. Fun experience in time for Halloween especially for the price.

Short Review: Final Outcry is a very VERY short found footage psychological horror game (you can beat this game in under 20 min probably). The single puzzle that is the game is ok, but the game relies heavily on jump scares for any substance.
Long Review: I can't believe this game has a demo, it is a demo. I beat it in 26 min of playtime but, honestly, 10 of that was me stopping to have a text chat with my gf. This game wants to be paranormal outlast really bad and, if a full game comes out where you actually do explore cell blocks A, B, and D maybe it could be. However, the game is a walking simulator with the move to area A and get item X, bring it to area B and then go to area C, and so on. The game also feels incredibly railroaded considering puzzle pieces spawn in a set order despite you having been there before the pieces spawn checkpoint was triggered. Additionally, there are clear graphical issues with the shadows clipping through environmental polygons but besides that the game looks ok. Despite the price tag of $2.56 I would say save your money, but honestly it's such a cheap game it really doesn't make a difference.
Edit: I'm adding this edit to add that chances are this game was beaten and then returned for a full refund by the majority of the players which is why it has so few, and all positive reviews, because your review doesn't stay if you return the game (I don't think at least).

Played the demo, instantly bought it.
Short and solid. Would like to see the developer build on this because the atmosphere and setting is killer.

probably missing something considering the reviews, but to me nothing more than a generic, boring, jumpscare horror flick, not my cup of tea.

For the price, I'm not mad at how short the game is, even though I do wish it was a lot longer. It was scary, the graphics were good, and I was tense for the entire playthrough. Not much to say other than recommending it to horror enjoyers who want a short game. In the future I would love to see a much longer game and I would definitely play it.
Here's my condensed playthrough in case anyone wants to get an idea of this game before they play

Completed the game just now. A very fun cool realistic horror game in a prison with a bloody mess. Realistic graphics, cool prison level and interesting/trippy visuals. gg

Though the Game is Very short it felt like it was going on for nearly an hour because of the atmosphere in this game, I was in a panic the entirety of my playthrough and Im sure people who arent as scared by simple stuff made it through no issue I got jumped by every single noise the camera made itself not just from the entity, keep making mroe games I hope you can make a much longer game in the future to keep us on our toes!
