It's short, I'm writing this right after finishing it in one sitting. And I'd honestly like to see a bit more complexity in the puzzles/puzzle rooms. Often I would only have one item and only one place to use it. And the translation is a little rough, but perfectly serviceable and never anything that gets in the way of the puzzles, mostly just some awkward wording here and there, and several instances of a female character being called "he".
However if you are fine with all of that, it's a very cute echii game that gives you that fun puzzle solving satisfaction of slowly undoing the puzzlebox you find yourself in. If that sounds like your kind of thing and you are fine with the current price to time ratio on it, I'd suggest it.

I honestly did not think this game would become part of a franchise, but I am glad it did. This is the second game in the "Princess Princess" series and it is just as fun to play as the first game.
At it's core, this is a point and click adventure game with fan service. The story is expanded on from the original as they added a new princess as well as the wielders of the holy artifacts. Even though most players will see the big "twist" coming a mile away, it still is an enjoyable story and the main heroines each have their own charms, especially the new princess Juliette.
One thing I think this game handles better than the first are the puzzles. Thanks to the memo's, I actually managed to solve every puzzle without having to consult a guide and it was a very rewarding feeling. The puzzles in the first game (well, most point and click games I play really) fall into one of three categories. 1: a quick glance and the answer becomes apparent. 2: trying a few different things and the "ah-ha" moment occurs. 3: How the hell was I supposed to figure that out? This game avoided that entirely and it is a welcomed change.
My only real complaint about the game is that the character portraits during the visual novel like sections are very stiff. With the exception of the ladies facial expressions, the have the same pose all the time. No mater what is going on, their poses never change. It is cool that their months move when they speak, at least. It'd be nice if a third game arrives, a bit more focus will go into the visual novel sections. Hopefully, they will give them different poses that match their facial expressions.
Overall, I'd recommend this to any fan of point and click adventure games who do not mind fan service.

Loved the game and all of the scenarios you had to help the girls out of. The puzzles were challenging, but still fair with the hints that can be found in the game. Would have wished for the game to be a bit longer, for some options to tease the trapped girls or something beside solving the puzzles and some optional hidden locations or scenes in the game to reward replaying it more.

After playing the first game, Prison Princess 2 is definitely an improvement. I like the game because I can solve the puzzles myself without googling for guides.
The puzzles in the first game frustrates me. While the second game is a bit challenging, if you pay close attention, you can solve it. This satisfies me. As for story-wise, I feel like I'm missing the lore somewhere between the ending of first game to start of second game. I hope we will get a interlude on how the 2 Princesses recruits their party members. As for fan services, there isn't much. The princesses found in awkward position, you touch their body, they reacts. No matter how many times you touch them, the respond is the same, it get bored quickly. I wish the princesses will react differently after an amount of interaction. Eg, 'What are you doing? Keep touching my butt like that, hurry up and get me out of here.'
I played this game entirely on steam deck, it plays well. Since there are multiple endings, there are replayability. If you know this series well enough, you should know that endings are tied to each princess's affection. There are affection events in the game to raise their affection but if you want to play this game in one sitting and get all the achievements, you should not interact with any affection events until the point of no return. This will save you a lot of time.
Overall, I enjoy this game. I will give a 8.5/10. It's not perfect but it's fun.

Does not disappoint. And, oh yeah, puzzles, I guess. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
For real though, chill and relaxing basic adventure. Puzzles are easy, but still probably better than what AAA games call puzzles.

On the positive side, I had fun solving the puzzles. Since I love escape room games, this is definitively right up my alley. The CG images look pretty nice and the story isn't bad either (though the princesses feel underutilized, other than Julietta, Aria and Zena).
I have to admit though, I was hoping for the fanservice to be a bit more revealing, like a bath scene similar to the one in the first game. Or clothing damage during the final battles.
The game itself is also a bit short for the price.
Still, overall, I liked and recommend it.

True to the name, this is a bondage themed fanservice game. 15+. It's short and could have used another editing/quality check pass on the text but is basically just a bigger and lewder game to the original.

After four years, Qureate finally continued the story of the hero, Aria, and Zena. Let’s see how they did.
Story
After a recap of the events from the last game, the hero finds himself in the Demon King’s castle as a spirit. He lost his life after the Demon King performed a surprise attack on him and his allies. Now, he must help Julietta, the princess who summoned him escape while finding his allies. If Julietta and the hero can find them and collect all of the holy weapons, then they could finally defeat the Demon King once and for all. Can the hero, Aria, Zena, Julietta, and the others defeat the Demon King and finally achieve world peace? Let’s find out.
Gameplay
If you played the last game, then you will have no trouble with this game's mechanics. Basically, you point and click on interactable objects around different areas, whether it is to collect them to use for another puzzle or to help you solve one. You might even come across a puzzle that will lead to some fanservice. Eventually, you will be able to go to another area with more puzzles. You will keep doing this until you finally reach the final battle that will require you to memorize something.
Characters
With a bunch of new characters added, I was excited to see how they are in the story. Sadly, I ended up being disappointed with half of them.
Aside from Julietta and the Demon King, the other characters are fine at best. The hero, Aria, and Zena are pretty much the same as they were in the prequel but with some experience with puzzles this time. I thought they were fine in that game, so I have no complaints about their portrayal here. Their chemistry can still be entertaining at times, whether it is Aria’s desire for sweets or Zena getting angry at the hero. As for the other six characters that you will save, I felt that they were underutilized.
After saving each girl, they have 2 unique conversations at the Waiting Room. I know that they are side characters, but I just wish that the story used them more. In the end, they do not have a lot of screen time to be that memorable. For example, Chouquette is a dark elf with an interesting backstory. It sucks that it is told to the reader out of nowhere in a scene that you can miss. Another example is Charlotte, a calm and collected girl who can lose control of her emotions. By the time you save her, the story is almost over. As a result, she gets very little screen time before the final battle. It is a shame that they did not have more screen time because some characters like Crafti and Ganache have at least one scene that is worth remembering.
The Demon King may not have as much screen time as you would expect, but she does enough with what she was given. The story tells you how strong she is, her motivations, and more. As for Julietta, she is characterized well throughout the story. She might be an introvert, but it is hard not to talk when she is the one who summoned the hero. Her conversations with Aria and Zena are some of my favorite things from this game. Also, Julietta’s character is the one that shines the most in most of the endings. The writing for her in these scenes is executed well.
Positives
- The visuals look nice. Since every game from Qureate has good visuals, this is not a surprise. Not counting variants, this VN has 25 CGs and all of them look nice. There is nothing negative to say about them. There is a good use of lighting, shading, and colors in this game.
- The puzzles range in difficulty from easy to challenging the brain a bit to OH MY GOSH! HOW DO YOU FIGURE THIS OUT! However, you will have an easier time if you have experience with puzzle games like this.
- I like how the writing for some of the endings was done. One was close to getting me to shed a tear. I was not expecting one of the endings to get me close to crying.
- As usual, every character except for the protagonist is voiced. This is fine since every voice actress does a good job with their character.
- Without spoiling anything, I will just say that I like how the gameplay for the final battle was executed. Things could have been better, but I like how Qureate did it.
Neutral
- This game introduces a mechanic where spots that make the hand cursor turn pink will show you a scene that increases a princess’s favorability. Each princess has three. Also, since they could show up anywhere at any point, it encourages the player to go to different areas more. The problem is that you do not know which princess’s favorability will increase until after the scene is over. If you have seen 2 scenes for one of the princesses, then you better save.
- As stated in my section on the characters, most of them are just fine. The hero, Aria, and Zena do not really get much to add to their character aside from new relationships with some of the characters that are introduced here. Unfortunately, the story does not use them as much as I expected.
Negative(s)
- If you liked how the last game lets you interact with Aria and Zena while you figure out puzzles, then you will be disappointed. There are three scenes like that in this game. The other scenes similar to the ones that show up whenever you need to save one of the characters.
- In the prequel, interacting with a girl a couple of times during certain scenes will result in some unique dialogue. Trapped Allure seemed to threw that feature away.
Nitpick
- The translation has a few errors. The ones that I noticed showed up every 100-1000 lines of text. These include forgetting to put a space between words and using “he” when referring to a female character.
Overall Thoughts on Prison Princess 2
If you liked the first Prison Princess game, then you should enjoy the sequel. Like the first game, it provides the player with good art and fanservice as you solve puzzles. It could have used some of the other characters in the story more, but I still enjoyed my time with it, especially with some of the endings. I guess I cared about Julietta more than I thought. If you find it interesting, then I recommend trying out the prequel first. Overall, Prison Princess 2 is a fun game with pretty visuals that gets the brain thinking a bit.

So, I played this game elsewhere but I decided to buy it because it did entertain me for a few hours and I feel like the creators deserve that much.
First of all, the game is pretty decent but you need to approach it with the right mindset. The game looks like an ecchi game. It isn't. It's a point and click puzzle game and a pretty decent one at that. There's really no adult content at all. You can 'grope' your companions to your heart's content but this does nothing but play a sound effect.
The puzzles run the gamut from insultingly easy to quite challenging. It's definitely a good way to kill a few hours if you enjoy puzzle games. Just don't walk into the game expecting to be titilated and you'll be fine.
