This is a 30 minute, purely cinematic experience There are no VR interactions. It's almost like 2 different movie shorts, brought together by this theme of life and death. It's about the celebration of "Dia De Los Muertos / Santos" or All Saints Day in Oaxaca, Mexico. It shows the very beautiful culture and people of Oaxaca in an almost universal sense of family, community, and connectedness to the Earth, before modern life got in the way.
It doesn't have the best 3D cinematography that I have ever seen, some of us are used to photogrammetry or light fields. However, this is pretty well done 360 stereographic 3D with some visuals effects in the latter half of the experience. Like I said it shows off the people of Oaxaca as they celebrate All Saints Day, but then the second half of the experience shows this almost other-worldly, trippy experience.
The story is authentic, universal, & contemplative. Audio is available in English or Spanish. If you want to know more about the "Dia de los Muertos / Santos" and native American / indigenous culture, then this may be the experience for you.
