A chill space game, I'm enjoying it! I love the sounds when you're cruising on auto-pilot from one place to another (the low rumbling), I find that sort of noise so soothing. I also love watching the stars as my ship flies by, and getting in cockpit mode (especially since some info has been built into the cockpit to make it interesting to look at and to feel more immersive).
The gameplay loop is pretty simple, you go to a place, you sell them a resource (assuming you have what they want), and you can buy what they have (if you have a suitable ship/trailer) etc, then down the line I can see that you can buy stations, and fire crew if necessary. Simple, but engaging enough when you're having a chill day and don't want to be bothered by combat or whatnot.
I tried to play on Steam Deck and initially it wouldn't launch, then using Proton I could get it to launch but couldn't start a new game, even trying a few versions. It is easy to run on a windows device however, my laptop isn't really cut out for gaming (Surface Book 2) but it ran it perfectly so I can still play it from my bed.
If you like space stuff, and don't require a ton of complex stuff going on, this is worth playing. It won't break the bank and in theory you can play it as long as you want.
